Do you find mean girls attractive?

No, not at all, even in fiction. I actually find them unattractive.

I can be attracted physically to women I don't like, because they're mean or for some other reason. And then I'll kind of hate myself for it.

I'm a straight woman, so I'm not sexually attracted to other women. But there is a certain sense of vicarious wish fulfillment in watching mean girls, depending on their actions within the context of the story. But mean girls are generally the most fun to watch, and that's very attractive.
