if humans didn't have to sleep...
would we work more or be lazier. i say lazier.
shareBut, but, but, sleeping is the best way to be lazy! 😴
shareI like a four day workweek model, a few more hours of money earning work 4 days a week and a few more hours of chores and yard work at home over a 3 day weekend seems fair.
and we don't get tired or beat up or what? we're just limitless robot men? i'd definitely work more. build some pyramids and shit.
shareDefinitely crazier (pun intended) ☺
Would watch more strange docus and eventually land in mental hospital.
Paranoia! 🚑
We'd sleep anyway. It's the human condition to do things we don't necessarily have to do.
sharewhat if we couldn't sleep?
shareThat's a totally different question and it leads down a lot of different roads to a multitude of different answers. And depends a lot on whether we’ve slept before or not. Coz there’s scientific theory that suggests we need sleep to work things out in our subconscious, and might go crazy otherwise.
So I’d say, if we lost our ability to sleep, we’d be trying our hardest to get that ability back. But if we never had, we might be curious to try it if we saw other animals doing it, but it wouldn’t possess the same urgency and so we’d just spend a lot more of oir time resting while awake. I think we’d probably day dream a lot more
Pyjamas would be a thing of the past.
