Yes, they will. Even if you didn't have any doors or windows at all they could cut a hole in the wall and come in. The best you can do is slow them down; it's impossible to prevent a well-equipped force from entering indefinitely. There's no material on Earth that can't be cut/destroyed/broken with e.g., an oxy-acetylene cutting torch, plasma cutter, angle grinder, explosives, blunt force, etc.
A sturdy door / frame / latching/locking mechanism might buy you a few extra minutes at best.
The sturdiest, most impenetrable structure I can think of would be made out of crushed/cubed cars, all stacked and welded together, but who has a building made out of something like that? In nearly all cases, no matter how sturdy your door & frame are, the rest of the building is a weak link.
