So last night, I had a bit of a weird experience. I walked into my bedroom and as I looked up I caught a quick flash of art work on my wall, that I've never seen before, but it was my wall, with my bed , and the same bedside table with my lamp. I know I've never had art on that wall, but for a moment I honestly remember having that painting. It was weird.

I was not asleep. I was not actually serious about it being a glitch. I just can't explain what happened. I walked into my bedroom, had the experience with seeing the art on the wall, and then I left my room, went downstairs and emailed my partner because it was just weird. He does not remember a painting on that wall. 😋

shareI honestly don't know what it was. I mean it could have just been my eyes playing tricks on me. Which is fine. There just was a feeling a remembering that it was always there. That's the part that has me feeling weird about it. I'm not sure if it was spiritual, alternate universe, or like I joked a simulation and my player decided to remove the art and make it seem like it was never there, or what is probably just a weird occurrence, but it wasn't normal. That's all.
shareWell, it's another weird coincidence (this happens to me a lot) that I was listening to Greg Gutfeld today, talking about Elon Musk, the richest man on the planet, being well-read and a believer in the Simulation/Matrix theory. Also, Neil Degrasse Tyson, a currently popular astrophysicist I've often enjoyed on YouTube, seems to support him in that belief. Personally, my mind is open, pondering, but not yet convinced.

shareIt wasn't fatigue, but I am very willing to entertain that it was an optical illusion. It was the feeling that came with it that is the weird part for me. It was that I wasn't surprised to see it, and I remember it always being there, while at the same time knowing that it had never been there. I don't know how else to describe it. I am very willing to say that it was all in my imagination, I just have never experienced something like that before, so it weirded me out a little.
