Perhaps not as brutally devastating as Requiem for a Dream, or as completely fucked up as A Serbian Film, but subtly yet powerfully upsetting in a realistic way. A great film, too.
Korean film "Bedevilled" (2010) had me so upset and balling my eyes out.
