Anyone here into jigsaw puzzles?

I’ve always enjoyed them but during the shutdowns of last year I really started to get into them again. I find it a great way to kill time and I personally get a thrill when it all starts coming together.

Speaking of coming together, I’m currently doing a 1000 piece puzzle of the cover of The Beatles’ Abbey Road album. It’s a good scene for a puzzle with lots of different colour sections which makes it a bit easier than one with large sections of block colours. The previous one I did was Mando and Grogu from the Mandalorian and it was so hard because a good 80% was just black.

Any other jigsaw enthusiasts here?

I knocked out a couple recently.

Blockbuster makes good 500 piece ones. I did back to the future, jaws, and animal house.

They have a few called I love the 80s and 90s. 1,000 piece. It was fun building while looking at all the nostalgia.

I did a Bob's burger ,.1,000 piece. . Very hard.

Also I did a 1,000 piece garbage pail kid puzzle.

I must have done close to 50 puzzles during the lockdown. One of the only fun things about it. I still have a closet full of ones to do, but now that i'm not trapped inside, I haven't had as much interest.

Some are beautiful, I wouldn't have the patience if I had to put it together myself, but wouldn't mind working on a group one.

What I used to do was get a jigsaw puzzle, put it together and then very carefully flip it over. Then I would write a letter to someone on the back side. Break it up again and mail it to them.

My sister and my niece are good at jigsaw puzzels.
But I can hardly put two pieces together.
