Ronette's dream during the last moments of the season two premiere of "Twin Peaks" caught me off-guard and scared me like few moments in TV ever have.

Mine is "Twin Peaks" related as well. It's where James, Maddie, and Donna are singing together, and Maddie sees Bob walk in and crawl over the couch to try and get her. I was 11 or 12 at the time, and it scared the piss out me.

The Scarecrow in Dark Night of the Scarecrow really freaked me out when I was really young. Had no idea what the movie was about but the babysitter was watching it.
