Where do I begin?

😎

reply

Staying up all night
Too much booze
Rugrats
Caffeine after 6 pm

reply

My caffeine cut-off is noon these days. One of those things that I've become increasingly sensitive to as I've gotten older.

for sure

Short and to the point...succinctly said...*everything!*

Spicy foods, which eliminates pizza and Mexican food.
Bitter cold weather.
Very hot, humid weather. I melt.
Caffeine - have to limit it otherwise I get heart palpitations. Not a coffee drinker so not a big deal.
Getting up to stand without my knees clicking.
Roughhousing with the grandkids - can't get too crazy anymore. 🙁

Sugary food and drink, especially before bed
Media and political BS, especially in combination
Family BS
Life in general – I just feel that the obstacles that come my way now are met with more impatience and intolerance on my part, so I don’t just breeze through them like I used to.

Exactly. You know it's dumb when you're a kid, but then you grow up and you realize just how dumb. Who cares if Auntie A won't text Uncle B back? Or whatever the f.

reply

Stupidity. Was born hating it, and my intolerance grows each year. Beyond that, I can still handle everything; in some respects, better than ever. Good health is VERY important to me, because I've nearly died twice so far in this life, so I work at it, just like with close relationships. My fundamental health and fitness and my faith in The Lord are what saved me, and I am never going to stop working on that combination!

Too much sugar. When I was 19, I ate a box of powdered sugar, with a spoon, in two days. I couldn't even fathom doing that now, it would result in headaches and nausea.

reply

Wtf, why would you eat a box of powdered sugar? Lol

reply

Short answer, I love powdered sugar.

Long answer, if we start questioning these things, all of reality will come apart at the seams!

reply

And I thought that I have crazy sweet tooth. I like your style.
