Movie Challenge Y'all!!!

Think of a movie you love and post some dialogue...

Offer a hint as to the context, the lighting or soundtrack, describe a scene...
Other posters have to figure out the movie
I will start:
A few dudes are going fishing...
'Were going to need a bigger boat'

reply

" All right. All right. I'll give you an answer. I'm a man of medicine. I'm expected to save lives and ease suffering. I love people. Therefore, I would have no choice but to kill the son of a bitch. "

reply

Dead Man Walking?
Sean Penn played a dirtbag going to death row for an injection

reply

No but I think I can see how you arrived at that guess.

reply

You gave up too easily on this one. Want the solution ?

reply

I quit
You got me beat here!

Do tell...

reply

The Dead Zone

It's the scene where he theorizes with his doctor about going into the past and meeting Hitler.

"They was giving me ten thousand watts a day, you know, and I'm hot to trot!"

a similar actor

An Army officer is sent to assassinate another officer who has gone mad and gone rogue:

"Everybody wanted me to do it, him most of all. I felt like he was up there, waiting for me to take the pain away. He just wanted to go out like a soldier, standing up, not like some poor, wasted, rag-assed renegade. Even the jungle wanted him dead, and that's who he really took his orders from anyway."

reply

apocalypse now

reply

You got it.

reply

Apocalypse Now

Man do i love this rambling, loony beast of a movie

reply

And you got it, too.

"Even the jungle wanted him dead..." is one of the best lines ever.

reply

“I’m mad as hell and I’m not going to take it anymore!” And no, it wasn’t Monica Lewinsky or Deep Throat!

reply

Network?

reply

I’m too easy! Darn it!😒

reply

No i had to think for a minute...that was good kspkap!
Ive never seen it to be honest but the older guy yells that line out his apartment window...its sort of a famous movie scene

I should see this movie

reply

It’s been years since I’ve seen it. If I recall I didn’t care for it much. Most Oscar winning movies don’t appeal to me.

reply

I hear 'ya!

I watch silly stuff mostly...i love the Oscars but damn some of the movies are too serious for me😀

reply

network

reply

You and Shogun got it at the same time. Ya’l will have to split the prize!

So...half a KitKat then...that works for me

reply

Boy hits ball and loses the chance to be John Connor's dad.

reply

terminator

reply

No, go deeper.
Terminator is partially part of the clue but not the movie.

Think characters and actors.

reply

The Sandlot?

I vaguely remember this...lots of kid actors so a guess really

reply

This movie may be one that not many have seen.

Batman's butler may know the answer.

reply
