Woman Given Jan 6 Pardon Is Sentenced for Drunk Driving

”Hernandez is now the fourth pardoned rioter to be either wanted or apprehended by police following the president's pardon less than two weeks ago.”

” Three other freed Capitol rioters have either been apprehended by, killed by, or are on the run from police in the past two weeks.

Matthew Huttle, who assaulted law enforcement on Jan 6, was killed by a police officer during a traffic stop. According to the police, he had a firearm in his car.

Andrew Taake, who attacked police with bear spray and a whip on January 6, is on the run from police and is wanted for a child sex charge, which was filed against him in Texas in 2016.

Daniel Ball, who allegedly threw an explosive at the police during the riot, was re-arrested on federal gun charges from 2023.

As I wrote in a prior post: Not a good thing, Trump. You shouldn’t have used your circumstances as justification to pardon/commute/release those who attacked law enforcement officers.

It damn sure isn’t a smart way to begin your second chance in being POTUS. When will you ever learn to tone down your egotism. You need to realize the role you currently have is The President of the United States…NOT THE CEO OF YOUR COMPANIES.

I guess criminals will always be criminals....

You beat me to it!

reply

Hehe. Yep!

Trump is a criminal releasing fellow criminals.

reply

Hamas are the real criminals.

Honestly there was so much fucking around that day that everyone involved should be out. And if they commit crimes after then they will be arrested. I'm not sure this is the case but many might be fucked in the head now for being held in solitary confinement for 3 years and tortured, but who knows without examining the individual cases that you mentioned.

None of them were given a fair trial and they cant get one in dc and we will never be told which agencies were there or involved.

The other three and the female drunk driver were planted federal assets for J6.

"The other three and the female drunk driver were planted federal assets for J6."

Im inclined to agree, after 8yrs of being gaslit I will shout every single time that J6 was influenced and carried out 100% all by Fedral plants. There wasnt a single Trump supporter there that commited any crime. Only the FEDS vandalized and trespassed that day. I couldnt be more certain.

reply

J6 was a little over 4 yrs ago.

But we've been exponentially gaslit since 2017 starting with the Steele Dossier.

I cannot agree with you. Most of them…yes. I understand it was a mad house, but from what I’ve read there are videos of those who assaulted police officers. I’m not referring to verbal assaults (how low people have become), I’m referring to physical violence against them. Many got hurt.

What is unjust is how the protesters/rioters on Jan 6 were unfairly treated compared to those on the left who protest/riot, burned & destroyed our cities, and caused the deaths of over 20 people in 2020. The police were told to stand down. Hells Bells the criminals took over a city…Portland. Recall what the thugs did in Ferguson in 2014? I don’t believe at any time those who were rioting, burning, looting, etc amounted to 1500 and were arrested. The authorities have the video. Were there mass arrests? I don’t believe so.

I repeat: those who assaulted law enforcement should not have been released. Why can’t everyone agree with that process?
I could give a rat’s patootie about the others who stormed the Capitol. The left has done far worse and caused more damage over the years. Most who were caught got a slap on the wrist. If any were charged and retained it’s news to me.

reply

I normally would agree, but I don't trust the capitol polices' side of the story when they are seen taking down barricades, opening electronically locked doors and waving people in. There are videos of them using flash bangs and gassing and beating lifeless protesters. How bout the one who shot that woman? So basically let them release all of the video and watch it on a case by case basis to see if the 'violent' protesters just up and decided to assault or were provoked or trying to save their own lives. It should be easy to see what led p to all the violent encounters and if it is clear they did it unprovoked then fck them, let them rot.

reply

A very sensible suggestion which would lead to a resolute solution. Were they complicit? If so, they should be held accountable. Also, it could prove a set-up. A set up to damage Trump and his supporters. If that security person had shot and killed a Black woman there would be hell to pay. Yes, she broke the glass to gain entrance which was a criminal wild ass moment, but she didn’t need to be shot to contain her. It was akin to Michael Brown so where is the outrage and riots? White people don’t normally riot and burn cities, the stores where their grandmothers walk to for shopping.

Fair minded people have to agree the Jan 6 protesters/rioters were treated far more harshly than the protesters/rioters which primarily include Black folks.

Edit: Made error. I meant Michael Brown not George Foreman.

I see what you did there.

Clue me in. What did I do? Name the wrong person? I did an Edit and admitted the error.

reply

It's understandable since they both got grilled.

That dolly shouldn’t have been pardoned because here she comes again.

reply

I still have my 45 single of "Here You Come Again".

reply

I'm not sure the point of these threads. They seem to be saying we should unjustly and arbitrarily lock people up because if we let them out they just might commit an actual offense.

reply

”… we should unjustly and arbitrarily lock people up because if we let them out they just might commit an actual offense.”

My OP didn’t say that at all. Other than those who assaulted police officers on Jan 6, all should be pardoned and released. I was making note of those who were released and went on to commit other crimes.

In case you missed it the following three should NOT have been pardoned and released due to their serious crimes against police officers. Apparently committing crimes is their nature!

”Matthew Huttle, who assaulted law enforcement on Jan 6, was killed by a police officer during a traffic stop. According to the police, he had a firearm in his car.

Andrew Taake, who attacked police with bear spray and a whip on January 6, is on the run from police and is wanted for a child sex charge, which was filed against him in Texas in 2016.

reply

This Us Vs Them mentality really needs to die.

People who commit crimes needs to face the consequences of their actions... someone getting a DUI charge in another state doesn't make ME a bad person because we voted the same.

This kind of thinking is downright retarded and needs to start being acknowledged as such.

reply

Posters such as Roricon sees Trump and us in the same camp as NAZIS & Hitler. I believe his mentality died a while back.-
Due to us being voters of President Trump they have to justify their reasonings.
