Watching from afar, it seemed that Trump was trying to crash the US economy (to what end, I can't figure out).

Today I wake up to news that the US will now "own" Gaza and make it "The riviera of the middle east". Netanyahu absolutely looks thrilled about it, and all the Palestinians just need to set up life in another country and live happily ever after.

WTF.

This is going to start WW3 and the USA is going to be the main target.

Whatever your political views, and whoever you voted for, you did not vote for this.

Where are all the other politicians? Why is nobody doing anything?

Iran primarily, who is best friends with Pakistan and Russia. Russia is best friends with China and North Korea. Never mind all the meddling going on in Africa.
All these separate wars are going to become one big one if this course continues, and the USA will be target #1.

He's also talked about invading Canada, which as maybe even more insane, but who knows?

Taking over Gaza and forcibly relocating Palestinians would bring down condemnation and sanctions from nearly all our allies. The consequences would be devastating, but Trump and his supporters would have a military victory to gloat over. Can't rule it out completely.

Fucking insane to watch Trump lament the fact that Gaza's been levelled...while sharing a stage with the man who gleefully ordered the destruction in question.

This was not one of Trump's finest moments. Looks like we'll be allowed to withdraw from interfering with other countries with (((one notable exception))).
