Enabling Act of 1933 + Project 2025

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Project_2025

Pretty much what the Cons are setting up for. You only have to listen to what they spout. This election is pretty much a make or break for Libs or Cons. Both sides repeat that whoever wins, country will be no more/over/ruined for good. Maybe I will get to see some Civil War stuff start going, the world will rejoice. Ah empires, they never last long, do they?

reply

:Contrary to popular belief, Hitler did not win an outright majority in the Reichstag as the majority of Germans did not vote for the Nazi Party."

Oof! That sounds familiar, and will definitely happen again even if Trump does win!

reply

The concept of a neutral civil service, requires that the civil service be neutral.

When you guys decided to instead to RESIST, and be UNGOVERABLE, you shitcanned that tradition.

It seems that a core aspect of being a liberal is to not see the connection between cause and effect.

reply

The effect shouldn't have to do a complete 180 to the other end of the extreme, it was supposed to bring it back to neutral, which I would've supported.

reply

See if you have a government department, where most of the people were hired and/or promoted under a highly partisan regime and you come in and for decades you find that the department is hostile to you instead of being neutral and so eventually you take a look at the people and fire the ones that you can find that are clearly bad and replace them with new hires that look neutral....

That won't even come close to fixing the problem.

1. You won't get all the bad ones.

2. Some of the new ones, will be bad ones.

3. YOu don't fix the culture.

4. You don't undo decades of bad function by that department.

5. The moment you are out of office, the other side comes in and undoes it all and then doubles down.

To be really "neutral" we need about 50 years of the government dominated by conservatives who are pushing a conservative agenda, with the lefties sort of just standing their like bitches, pretending that it isn't happening.

reply

"we need about 50 years of the government dominated by conservatives"

The 60-vote Cloture Rule in the Senate has been around since 1975...

GOP has had 41 Senators for that entire time (except for those 6 weeks in 2009.)

reply

And the lib ignores everything said on the issue.

This is not about the legislators, but hte unelected supposedly neutral civil servants and bureaucrats.

Not that what you said made any sense anyways.

reply

It's not Trump vs Biden. It's Fascism vs Status Quo.

Project 2025 is Fascism. The Republican Supreme Court just made the president a king who is above the law - the opposite of what the Founding Fathers wanted since they fought a revolution to get rid of one.

This is how the Evil Empire in Star Wars gained power. Slimy politicians and legislators slowly changed laws and policies from within until freedom and democracy were no more.

reply

We are a Constitutional Republic, Not a Democracy.

reply

The United States is both a Republic and a Democracy (i.e. a “Democratic Republic” or “Mixed Republic”). Specifically, the United States is a Constitutional Federal Republic with a strong Democratic tradition and many democratic elements, especially on a local level. Despite the democratic elements and traditions, the U.S. is not however a “Direct Democracy“ (where people vote on laws directly).

reply

"We are a Constitutional Republic, Not a Democracy."

and do you know the difference?
Could you explain it in laymans terms in a sentence?

reply

Real question is, will Biden do some Kingly stuff during his final term while the rubes call foul, or will we wait until Trump possibly wins to have him do it where the rubes will claim it just?

reply

U.S. presidents have been breaking the law and getting away with it for decades. The U.S. has been behind numerous coups, assassinations, human rights violations. It's illegal to give military aide to a war criminal country, but Biden is doing that with Israel while threatening the UN for pointing out Israel's criminality and threatening them if they issue a warrant to Netanyahu.

Meanwhile, Biden won't do anything atypical. That's the problem. He's too middle of the road while the Republicans are doing their best to create an authoritarian government like Russia. Biden wants to play by the rules when the Republicans don't. The Supreme Court ruling is clearly unconstitutional, but there are "justices" who don't care.

reply

Too true but I was particularly talking about domestic policies rather than foreign.

I would say like Hungary while Russia is taking it a bit too far.

reply

Hungary is a small country. Russia and U.S. are world powers. Trump's aspirations are Putin and Kim whom he admires.

Trump already mentioned military troops in cities and attempted that last time. Purging federal agencies who are not local to him is in the works. He already purged the Republican party. He already packed the Supreme Court with loyalists who don't care about the constitution.

If Trump wins, he'll find an excuse to run for a third time like saying "twice-limit meant consecutively serve as president" and the Supreme Court will side with him. If that's the situation, Obama should run.

reply

Jesus, you used STAR WARS as a way of getting your point across?? 😂

reply

Well, this IS a movie board after all... :P

reply

I look at project 2025 as the drastic change America needs or we will cease to exist. Its going to take years if not decades to undo the historic levels of harm brought upon the American people by the Biden Regime.

reply

And what is it the USA "needs" from Project 2025?

reply

It's the drastic change to the complete opposite which is also extreme. I am in favor of bringing it back to the middle aka balance and not these two extremes.

reply

It takes BOTH sides to agree to a neutral civil service.

The dems stopped that. The republicans can't do something that requires both sides to agree to.

They can play by the new rules.

reply

"historic levels of harm brought upon the American people by the Biden Regime."

Please be specific.

reply

The open border, the out of control crime, and deficit spending,

reply

Trump created the huge deficit with his trillion dollar taxcut for the rich which he plans to do, again. You can compare Biden and Trump by scrolling to graph.

I bet you're a regular working Joe like me trying to save for retirement. Ask yourself why do multibillionaires, like Trump, need more money?

Crime has decreased nationwide according to the FBI which tracks statistics:
https://www.fbi.gov/news/press-releases/fbi-releases-2024-quarterly-crime-report-and-use-of-force-data-update

If we're both honest, crime is profit-driven in the U.S.. For instance, privately-run prison systems need crime in order to profit. There are statistics about how new laws are created in order to be broken, and longer sentences handed out to create more prisoners in order for the private-prison systems to profit. Both political parties could drive crime down, but drastic systemic changes would need to be made which would affect profit.

Trump failed to build a wall that Mexico was going to pay for.

Under Biden, a strong bipartisan bill was created which Trump told his GOP pals in Congress to reject in order for him to campaign on it. In other words, Trump preferred not to solve the border issue because of his own selfishness!
https://www.factcheck.org/2024/02/unraveling-misinformation-about-bipartisan-immigration-bill/

Both political parties do little because illegal immigrants and migrants are hired (exploited) for cheap and hard labor that native-born Americans won't do. Would you pick fruit for hours in 99 degree weather for less than minimum wage? They help our economy. It's been like that forever.

Seriously, the rich run the country and complain about "problems" they create through the mass media and politicians they own. They have us fighting among ourselves while they profit.

reply

You can spout off whatever bullshit you want about crime but I know your still lying. You have no right to invade America and commit crimes against REAL AMERICANS. Of course that doesn't matter when the Globalists are all in on the Great Replacement and the White Genocide movement.

reply

WTF is wrong with you?!
Some kind of head injury?
Learn to read Goober!

reply

You prefer Fascism instead of a Democratic Republic?

reply

If Biden wins it'll be the Final Election.

reply

1. The dems are just not reporting a lot of crime. We know that.

2. The fbi admits that it has been transitioning to a new...system of reporting. Unfortunately, and by that I mean, "unfortunately", some cities have failed to transition yet, so we are having a small glitch in reporting that is just happening to fall during the election cycle to benefit dems. THIS IS JUST A COINCIDENCE.

That such little problems always seem to help dems and hurt republicans is just you being too aware of reality. WATCH MORE MAINSTREAM MEDIA.

reply

Most in law enforcement are Republican.

reply

An interesting claim.

In reality most cities are ruled by dem political machines that put the leftard agenda ahead of all else.

reply

Most police and other law enforcement are Republicans.

In reality most cities are ruled by dem political machines that put the leftard agenda ahead of all else.

reply

Most police, military and other law enforcement are Republicans. The FBI get their stats from law enforcement aka: Republicans.

reply

Dem mayors control the cities and use their position to lie about crime.

ANd your pretense that working class cops are all republicans is simply retarded.

reply

So do you support project 2025?

reply

From what I have heard, it sounds like a good baby step in the right direction.

reply

Do you think that all "transgender ideology" should be banned entirely?

Here it says, specifically:

"gency regulation, contract, grant, regulation, and piece of legislation that exists. Pornography, manifested today in the omnipresent propagation of transgender ideology and sexualization of children, for instance, is not a political Gordian knot inextricably binding up disparate claims about free speech, property rights, sexual liberation, and child welfare. manifested today in the omnipresent propagation of transgender ideology and sexualization of children, for instance, is not a political Gordian knot inextricably binding up disparate claims about free speech, property rights, sexual liberation, and child welfare. It has no claim to First Amendment protection. Its purveyors are child predators and misogynistic exploiters of women. Their product is as addictive as any illicit drug and as psychologically destructive as any crime. Pornography should be outlawed. The people who produce and distribute it should be imprisoned. Educators and public librarians who purvey it should be classed as registered sex offenders. And telecommunications and technology firms that facilitate its spread should be shuttered."

It suggests that pornography should be banned FOR ALL AGES, and then conflates "transgender ideology" with that.

reply

Interesting. I was mostly just loving the long over due pushback on the weaponization of the supposedly neutral civil servants.

To be clear, you do realize that the supposedly neutral civil servants becoming partsian agents of the dems/left does require and justify a response from teh republcians?

INdeed, an honest lefty, (lol) would admit that the republicans are being far better by at least being honest and formally making changes in policy and practice, rather than just DOING IT, and lying about it like the vile dishonest whores (ie dems)

reply

I'm asking you about, specifically, the plans to ban "transgender ideology" as contained within Project 2025.

Do you support that?

reply

I support the idea that the people in charge of the country should not be supposed neutral civil servants who are actually pushing a hard far left agenda.

Truthfully, I'm not that concerned about the details after that.

The way you feel when you look at that, it being so much against how you view the world?

That has been my entire life looking at the retarded fag shit your side has been pulling, WHILE PRETENDING TO BE NEUTRAL.

You ever see that video where the guy asks some dumb young libs if children can get tatoos, and tehy say no and then ask them if children can get sex reassignment surgery?

And they get this look on their face, as you realize for the FIRST TIME IN THEIR FUCKING LIVES, their brain turned on.

reply

>Truthfully, I'm not that concerned about the details after that.

As it so happens, others might be concerned about more in that manifesto.

>You ever see that video where the guy asks some dumb young libs if children can get tatoos, and tehy say no and then ask them if children can get sex reassignment surgery?

A "transgender ideology" ban would mean a total ban for all adults.

But you're letting me know you don't care about civil liberties, as usual.

reply

But to be clear, you do support gender reassignment for children, right?

reply

No, I don't.

Now are you going to answer my fucking question: Project 2025 plans to ban "transgender ideology".

Do you support that?

reply

Really? You don't?

THere are two sides to this issue, especially in the context of the election.

BIDEN, and the dems are the ones who politicized the behind the scenes civil servants.

These are the people that do the shit like give the ok for mutilating children or putting male rapists into female prisons.

That ANSWER to that shit, is Project 2025.

On the one hand you have the status quo which supports child mutilation AND IS CONSTANTLY GOING WORSE AND WORSE ALL THE TIME.

And on the other you have one that has expressed a goal of banning "transgender ideology".

Quick aside, are you one of hte lefties that like to tell conservatives that rich republicans will never do anything for us? Because there is a nice conflict between whining that the enemies leaders are just empty talk and assuming that they will push and get EVERYTHING they are claiming they will do. Are you one of those?

reply

Not what I asked you.

Project 2025 plans to ban "transgender ideology".

Do you support that?

reply

I'm comfortable having a serious policy debate on this issue where that is one of the starting positions.

reply

[deleted]

Don't care. I'll ask again:

Project 2025 plans to ban "transgender ideology".

Do you support that?

reply

You can’t ban an ideology.

Trump has neither approved nor endorsed P2025.

reply

I didn't say he had. I was asking if Corbell supported that part of P25.

reply

From what you have heard? So you haven't read the in and outs of project 2025 and are supporting it based on what you have heard? Hmmm don't you give liberals shit for thinking that way? Read the entire document of what project 2025 entails. And then answer the question honestly and not in a half assed manner. Do you support project 2025 or not?

reply

Err, no, I don't think so.

I mean, sometimes when we CATCH their sources clearly being partisan whores and they still insist on trusting them, I might call them out on that,

but not being up all the details of complex bills or issues, no, I don't think I generally attack libs for that.

reply

So then how do you know project 2025 isn't partisan? If you just go off what you heard isn't that being uneducated? I have heard Trump is a horrible person so based on what I've heard he is not a good candidate. Watch what you will proceed to say.

Now do you support project 2025 or not? Answer the question.

reply

Wow. That post made no sense.

Project 2025 is clearly a partisan bill. I have been clear about that.

My previous point that your "counter point" seemed to be addressing was about NEWS SOURCES, not bills.

reply

So you judge a leftist for supporting information that is partisan towards their beliefs but you are perfectly fine with a bill which is partisan towards your beliefs? You also are ok saying from what you heard you support it? Man if a liberal did this you would throw a fit.

I have read all of what project 2025 is. Now let's ask you again. Do you support it or not? Notice how you only are giving a half assed answer?

reply

Trusting a news source that you know is not trustworthy is dumb.

Supporting a partisan bill because you agree with the general intent and policy of hte bill, is how politics works.

Hell, it is how POLICY works.

FUCK YES, I SUPPORT FIRING THE LEFTY PARTISAN AGENTS that have infected our government and need to be purged.

I hope they go in hard and don't hold back.

ALSO, to be clear, this is NOT the end of the issue as far as I am concerned.

You leftards have been using these deep state assholes to push your agenda AND TO TERRORIZE AND KILL US, for years.

It is time to push OUR agenda. If we win.

reply

What if they don't know it's untrustworthy? This is where you will play dumb and say they know.

You haven't even read the partisan bill by your own admission. That's called being uninformed and dumb. It's signing a contract with a team because you feel they have your general interests at heart. Reading it in full might open your eyes and you are afraid of that.

And I support firing right wing partisan agents doing damage to our government, so likewise bitch!

So you don't want the leftist agenda pushed but are ok with the right wing agenda pushed? Hypocritical comical irony alert! Rules for thee not for me!

Do you support project 2025 yes or no?

reply

1. I expressly stated i was referring to instances where we clearly caught the sources being dishonest. That bit where you gloated because you thought I wouldn't have an answer to your idiocy? That was sad. Very sad.

2. They are going it to fire the civil servants that have been such vile pieces of shit? I don't need to sweat the details. Sounds GREAT.

3. The right wing was supporting the long standing tradition of a neutral civil service. Like good little bitches. Until now. So, your counter point is delusional shit. Like all your ideas.

4. It takes both sides to support the tradition of a neutral civil service. You ended that, and now we are, finally, playing by the new rules. That is not hypocrisy you stupid fag.

reply

Anything which isn't right wing you consider to be dishonest. So that's a bunch of bullshit which came from you. I don't trust your judgement.

You don't get to cherry pick. You are only blindly agreeing with something because it pisses off your opposition. If project 2025 takes affect it will be the entire thing not just the stuff that you know about. Which is why you should read it entirely.

No they were not. That is a blatant lie. Right wing agendas were tried to be pushed on this country as well.

You are telling me no right wing agendas were ever pushed and it was 100% neutral? Even you aren't that dumb.

reply

1, Again you ignore what I said. Go fuck yourself.

2. Whatever. The current status quo is so bad that I am ready to roll the dice. YOu want to discuss details, cite the ones that got your panties in a wad and I will be happy to discuss it.

3. We were discussing the tradition of neutral civil service. Your attempt to conflate that with all policy is... just you being a fag. Go fuck yourself.

reply

Yep because you did it to me. Likewise bitch!

I heard a saying once and it reigns true. The conservatives would gladly swallow a dump from Trump so long as the liberals had to smell it. This shows me your ultimate priority and goal is getting back at liberals as opposed to what's best for the country. I support MLK's ideology rather than Malcolm X. Hate only begets more hate. I care about what's best for the country not taunting the other side. I've said the drug war is an agenda that's right wing. It's dumb and was forced on this country. Discuss it.

My point stands. Right wing ideologies were pushed before this. Likewise bitch!

reply

And more nonsense from you. Go fuck yourself.

reply

My point stands. Likewise bitch!

reply

The media and establishment were spewing the same fear mongering lies in 2016, and yet, none of it occurred under Trump while everything they falsely claimed, actually came true under Biden.

In 2024, they are repeating the same false claims.

reply

His first term, Congress was still full of actual conservatives who kept him in check(RIP McCain). Today, the GOP is run by the MAGA cult and a Supreme court that all clearly have zero interest in checks and balances or limitations on executive branch power, as long as dear leader is the executive!

What?? I want to know how exactly Trump is a Threat to Democracy other than you're scarred from watching that debate over and over and it's affected you?? What else can it be?? 🙄
