The 14th Amendment section 3 reads...

No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any state, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any state legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any state, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.

When Trump is convicted he will be blocked from being president in 2024. Trump is through.

Classified documents? You mean the ones Trump stole, refused to return, showed to guests, lied, and kept in an unsecure location. Isn't that Indictment #3?

Biden and Pence both returned classified documents immediately. Huge difference between their oversight and Trump's outright theft.

A highly conservative lawyer at the Federalist a Society - group that handpicked all of Trump's judicial appointees - has written a legal opinion saying this excludes Trump. It's just awaiting someone to bring suit as soon as Trump registers for a primary election.

US Presidents were allowed serve as many terms as they wanted until 1951. Two terms was more or less a "tradition" up until FDR served 3 consecutive terms, and died shortly into his 4th.

The two-term limit Amendment was introduced in 1947, and ratified in 51. Regardless if consecutive, or non-consecutive...any President can only serve two terms. The Trump Era will officially end in January 2029.

Not at all. The Constitution cannot be changed, it can only be Amended. The amount of support and states needed to ratify such a radical change in America will never happen...like ever.

Making such a declaration could potentially get him impeached, and possibly removed from office.

If a leader has no one carry out his wishes...how much power does he really have?
