Ok, that makes a WHOLE lotta sense the more I think about it. Sorry you had to go through that. Like in all honesty, the live action Cinderella remake from Disney was WAY better than this. that I pretty much agree and while some of the CGI isn't quite as good, at least Luffy's fight moves were accurate. Still, the live action One Piece series is good. To be perfectly honest, I've only watched 175 episodes and I even finished reading the first volume of the manga. Good point on that. Maybe season 2 will improve on that and some of the CGI. Only time will tell. My rating for this is pretty much a 7/10 Ok those parts I didn't mind at all actually. The only problem is that I didn't laugh at the other humorous moments. On the bright side, at least Spy wasn't as terrible as that Peter Pan origin story which was too fucking anachronistic and had a generic chosen one narrative and that boring Fantastic Five reboot which tried too hard to be like Christopher Nolan's The Dark Knight. I agree. If there's a particular 2015 movie I liked, it's the Cinderella remake. I can see that. I remember when I was a teenager, I enjoyed Seth Rogen since he had some good humor especially his voicework as B.O.B. from Monsters VS Aliens and Mantis from the KFP franchise, but yeah his shtick outstayed his welcome later on which is why I usually prefer other comedic actors. Yeah. However, I was skeptical at first because Seth Rogen was one of the executive producers of the film considering other people hate him mostly because he's known for making juvenile dumb humor. I liked the soundtrack too. Especially The Rest Is Still Unwritten which felt nostalgic for me. I liked some of the humor since I'm a sucker for silly humor, although the milking joke was used 6 times throughout the majority of the film which felt weird and repetitive to me. I saw TMNT: Mutant Mayhem yesterday and thought it was a fun film. The animation was just as good as Across the Spider Verse, although some of the humor was REALLY dumb. I agree. And at the very least this was the first Fast and Furious movie that made me shed tears especially when Letty tells Dom, who of course isn't dead, that she remembers the time they got married and that was where Michelle Rodriguez showed off her acting chops. Yeah that was dumb too, but at the very least F7 made up for that with a good fight choreography at the climax Because F9 was way too ridiculous especially with the scene where the side characters launched their car into outer space I think I'll put the 2019 reboot somewhere between Bride of Chucky and Curse of Chucky. The reboot isn't quite as good as the original, but it was decent nonetheless and at least the animatronics for Chucky are both superb and creative. I thought she did fine too. The idea of an Australian actress played Barbie seemed weird at first, but throughout the movie, she somewhat nailed the physicality of Barbie. What are your thoughts on Margot Robbie as Barbie? Actually, Disney already confirmed the third movie a couple of years ago and that's not a good sign.
