Sure but you can't fit everything into one film. Tony and Cap were the heart of the MCU, and they got the special moments and a send off. Hulk is still around, so it's conceivable you could get a worldbreaker hulk later down the line. Thor got turned into a slob, but this wasn't his final moment either. They were both kind of neutered to allow Tony and Steve to shine.
A lot of people want to see it. What is the point of any movie? I was also skeptical, but then I saw what a crock of shit Captain Marvel was, and I decided a Black Widow movie would have been better after all.
I personally didn't need it. We had the moment in The Avengers when he ragdolled Loki. And he punted Ultron. How many times do you need to see the same thing? He got a character arc which was better.
My feeling is that Sam will take the mantle for a while, but decide he is not the right person, and pass it on to Bucky.
We already saw that Thanos' punches can lay the hulk out.
It's funny, I've never seen an attractive person use the insult "incel". It's usually skinny effeminate men who think they might get laid if they prove how "woke" they are by insulting other men, or bull dyke lesbians.
I had faith in Feige untill I saw Captain Marvel. That was a film that was crippled by trying to make Carol Danvers a representative for woman kind, instead of a human being. And probably by Marvel's determination to appoint a female director, instead of the best director. Black Widow will be directed by a woman and Shang-chi by an asian guy. Doesn't build my confidence that those films will be any better. And the Eternals will be directed by an asian woman.
At least they will be able to tryout two more female directors I guess, and since only a woman is allowed to direct Captain Marvel 2 I presume, maybe one of them will be better than the Bodens.
He saved the entire universe, but there weren't billion trillion people at his funeral.
Wait, you were complaining that Tony was able to make the Gauntlet at all, and now you are complaining that he wasn't able to make one as good as Idri? Make up your mind.
He was in the film almost as much as she was. So what difference does it make that he was a supporting character?
You have already seen how good the deaging technology is. And it will be a lot easier to make Scarjo look 18 than making Micheal douglas look 30.
It's weird, after my first viewing I was a bit disappointed, I thought it was inferior to Infinity War. But after each rewatch I like it more. Especially the third act, but also the first act, which a lot of people are saying is slow but I would have liked more of. The second act, the part with the time travel was the weakest, which is funny because I thought I would enjoy that part the most.
Infinity War definitely had better action sequences, but the action in Endgame was much more epic.
It's going to make 700m+ in the US and China. given that Infinity War opening 380 in all other territories, and Endgame is smashing records in most territories, I think another 500m is likely from the other territories. So I'll call it 1.2 to 1.3 billion at this point.
I was going to say that it will top out at 350m, but Boxoffice pro now says 350-375, so who knows...
Much shorter than none of the original 6 Avengers getting dusted.
Given that we already know that Peter got dusted, there is a one in 4 chance that his two closest friends got dusted. Flash is just another member of the debate team that Homecoming happened to focus on. So I don't even think you need to factor that into the calculation.
Is that the song that played when Rocket and Hulk were going to Asgard?
Why? The original 6 Avengers finished their arcs.
I was kind of OK with it, but I was hoping for a Doctor Strange Ebony Maw rematch.
you forgot Korg and Meek.
Black Widow was a cold blooded assassin. There is such thing as redemption.
