My thoughts (contains spoilers)

Pros
-IMO better than Infinity War
-The CGI was top-notch even with the de-aging of some of the actors (e.g. Chris Evans, Michael Douglas and Stan Lee)
-The time travel scenes were fun, my favorite was the New York 2012 portion
-It was nice to see some old faces from the previous MCU movies (Robert Redford as Alexander Pierce from TWS, Frank Grillo as Crossbones and Tilda Swinton as the Ancient One)
-Out of the character arc, my favorite was Captain America's (Chris Evans), Hawkeye's (Jeremy Renner) was pretty good too
-I was surprised that they didn't use Captain Marvel much, I don't like Brie Larson, but she didn't do a bad job.
-The final action sequence with over 30 characters involved was amazing
-Josh Brolin as Thanos doesn't disappoint
-Lastly, the movie is a perfect good bye to some of the character who we followed for the last decade.
-I liked the Fortnight easter egg

Cons:
-They made Thor (Chris Hemsworth) a joke. Ragnarok turned him into a badass likeable witty character, but this film turned him into a big fat drunk joke and almost worthless.
-Black Widow's death seems odd to me and I'm sure how I and the audience will accept Scarlett Johansson, 34 as a younger version of the character if her solo film is set in circa 2000.
-The time travel was a bit confusing.

Overall I enjoyed it though
