The martial artist in me cannot overlook such atrocities.
Oh yeah how great would it be to see 68-year-old (looks like he's 80) Buck Showalter or 75-year-old Dusty Baker shagging fly balls to determine the outcome of a ball game.
NFL even better. Although a lot of those coaches keep themselves in good shape, there are also a lot of them who look like they are one pasta bowl away from keeling over and couldn't make it to mile marker 3. Yes, I'm looking at you Mr. Reid. Then you have a coach like Mike McDaniel or Sean McVay who look like they pledged Lamba Lamba Lamba in college.
While I agree about the martial arts training and the actors range from believable to bad.

Absolutely. Genetics plays a huge factor into the equation as well. It's not an exact science.
I stress partying hard because when you have a list that includes Slater, Kiefer, Cage, Downey, Vaughn, and Depp its kinda hard not to. Keanu has taken very good care of himself and really didn't start aging until he was into his 50s.
Then there's also stress. Obama is on the list so ya know his job had a small amount of stress attached to it.
