Talk about a total non-issue. It's nothing more than a detail of the character. It was barely even part of the plot. She's cute to look at, so I didn't mind, but it does come across as strange. Women are privileged in society to the extent that if you pulled most of the same stunts and general horsing around to one of them, it would come across as cruel. Can you imagine randomly kicking a woman in the crotch? Or the prank with the razor where they sneak up on people and mess up their hair? If you did half of this stuff to a woman, people wouldn't find it funny. The only stunts she was involved in were tame. So yeah, I'd say token inclusion. But a harmless one. "Little bit of an exaggeration there. Two scenes were shortened slightly" No, not an exaggeration. Censored. Why not turn on the subtitles then. It's a British series, you twat. David Lynch, please come back! Ma'am, this is a Wendy's. Hmmm in hindsight, I see your point, her performance was a bit contrived. "You Can Fly" isn't a song? Which character was Kelly? None of the voice acting was bad at all. The dragon's characterisation was a little annoying in a hyperactive way but that's not really the actor's fault. "The first major animated feature for a post-Trump era, “Raya and the Last Dragon” is as leftie a toon as Disney has ever made," Sorry, what? There's nothing overtly political in it at all. These writers seriously need to stop making everything about their worldview. I really liked the film, although may have been biased since it was my first time in a theater in a long time. My only criticism is that I didn't like the sassy dragon. It looked like a weird sort of poodle-dragon hybrid and felt a bit too "down with the kids", like a Dreamworks film would be. Definitely see it in the theater. It's a big, visually specatular film. TVs are for sitcoms and news reports. I didn't dislike the dragon as much as you did, but it was ironically enough, the worst thing about the film. When the sassy dragon appears, it's such a jarring shift in tone. Before that, it's this epic, world-building film, but then it becomes a sort of clown show with Female Mushu. But I still liked it a lot, it did get back on track. Don't you think America has made itself look evil? It's easy. Once the member has been removed from whichever orifice, it is inserted orally and a suction is applied. I'm 34 and just saw it for the first time. Meh... it was OK, but none of the kids could act very well and I found the whole thing pretty forgettable. So many unanswered questions. For most of the film I wondered if it was going to have a "the whole thing was a dream" ending, but nope. I doubt he is scared of these groups but is rather commenting on the obvious recent trend and how it is fast becoming cliché. Yes... that is the part of the film in question. What is your point?
