roman1990's Replies

Other than John's comment from 4 years ago. He has mentioned a lot more info on the workprint itself. So unless he or someone shows a screenshot, this is all we have as proof. I hope that John finds the workprint so we can see for ourselves. I'm of the opinion now that I don't think it's real. Otherwise we would have seen a screenshot or a videoclip by now. I mean it's been about 4 years since JohnLogan has said he may still have it but I'm hoping to be proven wrong and it is real. I wonder if John ever found the workprint in his parent's garage 4 years later. Do you still have a copy of the workprint? Bumping this post with the hopes that John Logan or someone finds the workprint. For years, the rumors I've heard is that it exists somewhere in Germany. Unless someone provides a screenshot, then I have my doubts. I've been looking for this workprint for years now and at this point, I have my doubts it's real as we would have seen something by now. Same goes for another workprint I've been looking for, Total Recall. That one I believe is real but I can't find anyone who has a copy. I'm sure Cobra is real and I'm not saying it's not, but, we would have seen something by now. Unless someone out there truly has a copy, we'll never see it. I don't have a linkedin account. I highly doubt he'll respond. I've had a workprint of Cliffhanger for a long time. I just wish it was better quality. Collecting for years, I'm used to bad quality. Pretty interesting info. I do have my doubts the workprint exist but maybe just maybe, someone has it. Bumping this post, were there any old workprint collectors from back in the day that may have come across this or the workprint of Total Recall? Always looking to trade. If that's the case, I hope he finds it. Anyone know if JohnLogan ever found the workprint? I do as well. But I love collecting stuff like this. A great insight into the editing process. Wasn't he the editor of the movie? I could have sworn he edited Hill's other movie Johnny Handsome. Next to his Planet of the Apes performances, my other favourite is Dead of Night (1987). I grew up with this film back when I was a kid. I remember watching it so many times on my dad's pre-recorded vhs. Sure lol. Lol, no no. I'm just a movie lover. I've loved watching movies since I was in high school.
