I am watching it on TCM for the first time right now and I agree...it is beyond weird..but in a good way lol
I think the fact that the carnival was located not too far near their military school out in the middle of no where is what made it cool.
Correct. Dottie was the 12th victim as the newspaper headline suggested.
nice. I will have to check that performance out.
I loved it too. I especially loved the ending with the last performance of Elvis looking bloated and in poor health...singing his heart out...it put me in tears..I'm in tears as in typing this. I'm a fan of Elvis but by no means a die hard Elvis fan. This film was done in a way that will continue to keep his memory alive for the current and upcoming generations.
I don't know why but it made the character seem very sinister with evil intentions, who at times didn't look out for Elvis' best interest..and manipulated Elvis into his death...it works.
In a perfect world...yes...but we are just 2 people who don't matter much in the eyes of the world.
I can no longer find a free streaming copy of the Thanksgiving episode but here is the episode that someone made with commentary....go to 15:00 minutes into the episode to see the line that Zach says. https://archive.org/details/ScottByTheBellAThanksgivingStory
Why would you want to buy this movie for that scene... It's a Rape scene.
I always hated this as a kid because Michael isn't in it but as an adult I have grown to love it. If it was named anything other than Halloween 3, it would have been a hit. How about The Mask Factory as a title? With the tagline: What are they really making?
Or.. Countdown to Death Day? Or Silver Shamrock ☘️ : A company known for making quality Death!
I bought all 3 of them a couple weeks ago for 152 bucks at party city. Officially licensed. The witch is like 10 bucks more than the skull and pumpkin, there's more to it. It has fabric...I love them.
My guess is a combination of no one going to the movies anymore and no one remembers this stunt that happened in the 1974..had this movie come out in 1994...this movie would have been huge.
I agree...bummed out there's not a 2nd season.
It may just be a mall to you...but it's sacred to Greg. >.>
It's always been the opening scene... It sets the tone for the entire movie.
I do not get your point. Enjoyed the back n fourth tho. If you want you can follow me on Twitter where we can engage in more pointless discussions. - Shibez1
I have Actually seen a few episodes of it. It's pretty good.
2 days a week I have lots of free time...this week I had even more because I put in PTO for a 3rd day...yay for 3 day weekend's.
I made my point several replies ago....
Not law n order...dateline, 2020, 48hours....I said true crime...not fictional murder mysteries
