Ray wasn't Husband or Father of the Year, no, but there were times where he was a good parent. Like, when he worried that Ally was being bullied on the bus, and then he was upset when he found out that Ally was the bully. Debra acted like bullying was no big deal, and YES IT IS!
Or in The Ball, at the very end on Christmas Eve, when he dresses up as Santa Claus and goes into Ally's room. Or when he bought Ally that expensive dress, even though he thought it was ridiculous to spend that much money on it.
I highly doubt he would have done any of those things if he didn't love his kids.
Well, to be fair, Mark was always bullying David, and teasing him, and telling him he wasn't a real man, so David was probably just giving him a taste of his own medicine.
I have no idea. I hope nothing happens to him.
Once they were all gone, they probably got more to put in the box to replace them.
Not bad you?

I listened to the commentary for this movie for the first time last night, and I actually liked it. I liked hearing about his close friendship with Beverly D'Angelo, and how she calls him Sparky in real life, and the jokes he liked and didn't like, etc. I usually don't care much for commentaries with just one person doing it, but I liked this one.

In my opinion, they all became jerks as the show went on. A lot of people seem to think that Sarah Chalke's Becky was too nice, and I thought that at first, too, but as I watched it more, I changed my mind. Becky still blamed Roseanne for things and yelled at her just like Lecy's Becky, and she told Darlene that she couldn't get close to anybody. That comment really hurt Darlene, and Becky never even apologized for it!
Even Dan, who's a pretty likeable guy became meaner, as did Roseanne, Jackie, Darlene, and DJ. The show in the later years still had some pretty good episodes, but the first five seasons were the best in my honest opinion.
Amy, definitely. She's sweet, fun, and doesn't have a mean or judgmental bone in her body.
She can cook some things. Ray and Marie weren't the only ones though, to criticize her cooking. Frank and Robert were hesitant about trying the bracciole, (?) and in Marie's Vision, Frank and Marie decide to eat first before eating what Debra cooked. In the last episode, the kids weren't happy with her cooking. She could cook lemon chicken, fish, pork chops, and sometimes she could cook turkey. She was terrible at meatloaf, and eggs, it seemed like. Oh, and in No Thanks, she burned the bottom of the rolls. I don't know why she never tried any of the recipes that Marie gave her.
My favorite part about the dog at the end is that Clark pets him finally.
Kevin wouldn't have been in the hotel in the first place if his parents kept an eye on him. Why the heck would Peter run ahead of Kevin? He should of held his hand or carried him when they ran to the gate. I agree, the hotel staff were idiots and could of handled things better, but it was mostly Peter and Kate's fault.
