As the cast got older, I think they started dressing the characters much better. If you watch the first season, everything about the show is super casual.
Treasure of the Sierra Madre
The Ox-Bow incident
Vertigo.
I know a few in real life. As far as celebrities go, a bunch of supermodels from the 80s and 90s still look great for their age.
Pretty sure Corey Feldman was in his early teens when they became friends. Just sayin...
Depends on the level of dumbness. I´m not looking for a rhodes scholar when looking for a female partner. I would take a semi-dumb attractive person over a really smart ugly person. Call me shallow but I think physical attraction is an important part of the relationship. The whole beauty fades thing, I feel is kind of a myth that ugly people say to make themselves feel better. Some women actually look great into their 50´s and 60´s.
Kelly in the earlier seasons, Brenda in s3 plus.
Nothing specific, just general info, that they didn´t pay much attention to, they thought he was just making small talk.
Ok. My cousin lived in Paris for several years. She told me about a few strange things that happened to her.
One day with some friends over at her apartment, they were talking about people that had died, during the conversation, a glass of beer that was half full randomly floated across the table. All windows were shut, there was no seemingly environmental reason for the glass moving on its own.
Another time, she was visiting the Paris catacombs with friends, an old man approached them and started talking to them about the remains that were in the vicinity. After a short chat, he said, "I just need to go somewhere for a moment" and he walked around a corner. When they looked for him a few moments later, the corner led to a dead end, there was nowhere for him to go, he just disappeared.
The last weird thing she told me about, was a few weeks before the Bataclan Theatre massacre, she was at the theatre for a concert. As she was walking down the stairs, thoughts entered her head, like "where would you go if someone started shooting in here?" "Where would you escape to?" These are things she never thinks about, she is not the paranoid type, so it felt odd that they happened to her, and she only realised the significance of it after the massacre happened a few weeks later.
If suggestions are allowed I´d throw in American History X and Kiss Kiss bang bang.
Is this a , "only stories that you have experienced thread?" Or can we share ones that have happened to close relatives and friends?
Tbh, I never hung around the one place too often but I do remember, Imaneassi. lol.
Nutsberryfarm was everywhere. I was knifeparty2004, I only popped in rarely on the 90210 board. I was usually on the Friends or X-files board.
He died a year older than the age my mum died at and they share the same date of death albeit several years apart. I guess these types of coincidences are bound to happen with the amount of celebrities out there.
I´m a cinema going fan myself but not every cinema experience is the same. I´ve been to some cinemas with poor lighting and sound, that´s why saying "no film looks as good on tv as it does in cinema" is tacitly untrue.
"No film looks as good on tv as it does in cinema." to
"I find it hard to enjoy a great film on TV that is already seen on the big screen."
First one can be proven wrong since there are films on HDTV that do look better than viewing at a cinema. The second one is an opinion.
Now you´re changing your statement.
"No film looks as good on a TV as it does on a cinema screen."
Not true.
LMAO
Namely demons and monstrous looking things. I took it to mean something bad had happened in the hostel I was staying in, as I was travelling. I never experienced anything like that ever in my life before or after.
