Ironically, Travis Van Winkle said the opposite in a Q&A video on YouTube. Another theory: Most non-Linnea Quigley types like to spin nude/sex scenes as more artistic/necessary/feminist than they are. With this scene, you can't really spin it as anything other than what it is. So that could explain why Julianna never talks about it.
