I heard it was a body double, but lack of face doesn't always mean body double. The night gown scene looks look it could actually be her.

Odd since she’s an admitted nudist and exhibitionist starting in college who went on to appear nude in GLOW and films after that.

She mentioned having overprotective, anti-nudity agents in an interview years back. I don't know if she fired them or what.
