Policies and economic conditions created a situation where people can shoplift and resell the items, and there is little to no consequences if they get caught. So she is partially right, and she is part of the problem.
As far as people stealing to feed their families, There is already government assistance in place to help people that need this stuff.

The problem is that this show is not attempting to have a discussion in good faith. To do that you have to have to have people with multiple perspectives, and a film maker that is at least attempting to be objective.
When you choose a narrative, and then go out and find a bunch of people that agree with, you are just pushing a narrative, and nothing productive is going to come out of it. It’s just race baiting.
It would be like making a documentary about the black experience, and getting a cast of white supremacist to discuss it. And when people criticize it, you simply that if you have a problem with it, when you are the problem. It’s bullshit and people are tired of it.
Was she actually dancing with you? Or was she just near you, and you grabbed her? I wouldn’t call it sexual assault either way in the context of a club dance floor, but if it’s the latter you have to be better at reading the signs.
That’s not really how it works. If you want a certain demographic to watch your movie, you shouldn’t probably market the movie towards them. Especially if they are already your fanbase. You don’t market away from them, and then try to insult anyone that doesn’t want to see it, like Paul Feig tried to do. They are not entitled to our money.
The Rock gained significant size and definition around the time Pain and Gain came out. I guess we are supposed to believe that he just wasn’t working out hard enough as a pro athlete and pro wrestler.
I understand the game he is playing, his look is part of his job, so I understand using peds, but it insults my intelligence to see him act like it’s just a new diet or workout routine. I would prefer if people were honest, or said nothing.
I think you will find that a lot of top lifters train in similar conditions. The thing is, there is no magic to a gym, you can train anywhere. But most of the nice public gyms discourage the kind of stuff Ronnie was doing. Yelling, slamming weights, taking up too many plates etc. They want the couch potatoes that will sign up for a monthly fee, and rarely show up. They are getting the same monthly fee from the soccer mom that uses the treadmill twice a month, as the world champion that yelling and screaming everyday. The best is places for serious lifters tend to be small privately owned gyms.
If you listen to the gym owner talk it makes sense. He really wanted Ronnie associated with his gym, he was willing to accommodate his training style, and let him train there for free when he couldn’t afford it.
That sounds like the opposite of woke. Promoting single fathers is not a woke agenda, unless they are portraying them as toxic, abusive, or incompetent.
That’s not an accurate comparison, because a straight couple offers the same thing to gay and lesbians as it does to straight people. That is the possibility to be attracted to one member of the couple. 2 men doesn’t offer anything to people that are only attracted to women.
It would make more sense if a gay person said this about watching 2 women.
I would say no. I rarely like romance movies as it is. But a heterosexual one at least provides a relatable situation for me, along with a beautiful woman to look at, and a male for me to project on to.
A gay romance movie, replaces something that is at least relatable, with something I really don’t want to see I a genre that I already don’t like.
To be clear though, I’m not against these movies being made, but I am not the target audience.
Fairuza Balk is by far the best looking out of the group. And She was perfectly cast as well.
I do agree with what others have said. If they were too good looking they wouldn’t be outsiders they would be the hot chicks. For example, Christine Taylor, and Robin Tunney could’ve switched roles, they have a similar look, but it would’ve changed the tone of the movie. Fairuza is of course the exception, because her beauty is not traditional.
He probably won’t touch them because they aren’t his nostalgia. The micro computers were mostly a UK thing, and there are plenty ok British YouTubers that cover them.

Yes, the first 3 Bruce Lee movies, and the entire Kung Fu movie boom of the 70s that followed happened more than 40 years ago. It was one of my favorite genres growing up.
I would actually go opposite. Debbie looks great in the video posted, but overall, I think Kim Wilde is more beautiful, and she has more sex appeal. I’ve always thought Kim retained her looks for longer as well, but I didn’t realize that there such an age difference between the 2.

They probably obtained the rights to all of the names they might possibly use. If they didn’t, anyone would be able to go out and obtain the naming rights for themselves, and force Washington to pay them.

She starts off the tweet by calling light hearted fun. I have a feeling it’s a subject that she hasn’t actually spent much time on, or she doesn’t take it too seriously.
I don’t think it’s indicative of her overall intelligence, she usually well thought out, and well spoken. If she actually did research on this and came back with the same conclusion, I might change my opinion on her. But if she said she was just teasing, or trolling for responses, I would accept that.
Gd5150 If they faked it once, and got away with it, than yes it would be extremely risky to keep doing and give people much more to try and nitpick.
For example Candace mentions that some of the original footage was “accidentally erased”. This isn’t something that you can fake 6 times without people questioning it.
There is the matter of the astronauts going in to space and returning to earth a few days later. Conspiracy theorists say that they just hung out and orbited the earth before returning. But if they did this they would be visible from earth to anyone with a telescope. It would be risky for them to keep doing this, without getting caught, but they never did.
You can say the same about the radio communications. This was being monitored all over the world, someone would’ve detected that they weren’t coming from the moon, or that something was off about the signal.
Plus they introduced new things each trip. If they were using cables and slow motion for the moon footage, it would have no effect on the hammer/feather drop, or the way the lunar rover kicked up dust. Those things could only happen in a vacuum.
