Moon was really good, but I think that you missed the point of this film. This movie it isn't really about the SF, that's just the setting, not the content. So yes indeed watch something else if you aren't into philosophy and just want to watch a space movie. I don't know how this has anything to do with Moon or Solaris? Do you mean visually or the parts about death? I'm just confused because this was a very philosophical film, not really about 'space' other than a representation of isolation and loneliness. His relationship with his wife was what the movie was about, it's weird that you think what the film was ABOUT took away from the story. The 'wife stuff' lol You are acting as though this was a real woman and not a literary device . . . She behaved that way because that is what the writer chose as his motivation in the story. He does a lot of word salad. A lot of people pretend to know what he's saying because they want to appear intellectual. I'm glad you haven't fallen into that trap. When he's confronted with a real expert he doesn't get anywhere. He's a smart guy with some good points but a lot of guys have elevated him to this god tier where he doesn't belong. Well THAT'S not gonna happen. Yes! He's an excellent writer but there is a bit of a struggle to understand some things. A lot like reading Shakespeare, language and culture has changed so much from when he wrote is books that it is not for the lighthearted reader. I especially liked how he described the glittering caves and the sea monster. Good! Let them keep stacking up! What other states do you think might also do this? I am thinking that Oregon and Washington might disqualify him. New Hampshire and Vermont maybe. It makes sense that you would attempt to defend him. Seriously. Lets put the Catholic church on trial right now and start locking up those priests! The unfortunate thing is that a lot of those priests will never be tried 'because' we only have the victim's statements as proof. There aren't text messages or DNA or witnesses so those disgusting crimes go unpunished. I'm glad he got 30 years. It's time we send a big message that it doesn't matter who you are, if you abuse people, it's over. People keep saying that he was sentenced to 30 years in prison for 15 year old rape allegations. That just doesn't happen, thankfully. It's also a major reason why the church of Scientology is being taken to court which I will be interested to see. I'm not sure how that will play out but I hope that there will be many convictions in that case. It has been a long time coming. I don't know why people keep saying that he was convicted of rape solely based on the allegations of these women. That's not what happens in a trial, there has to be a lot of evidence to even HAVE a trial. You can't just accuse someone of rape and get a trial. • There was DNA evidence. Masterson's DNA was found on underwear after assault charges were filed. • Text messages: Masterson sent text messages to some of the victims that were incriminating, such as messages apologizing for his behavior or asking them not to tell anyone what had happened. • Testimony from other witnesses: Other witnesses testified in court about seeing Masterson with the victims on the nights of the alleged assaults, and about hearing or seeing Masterson engage in abusive behavior. • There were many other prior reports of abuse and rape that supported the accusations. • At least 5 women reported his behavior to the church of Scientology who actively buried them as was proven in court. • The personal testimonies of the victims matched up with the timeline of events and prior behavior despite them not knowing of each other. A jury convicted him which means that 12 people had to all agree that he had done this. I don't blame guys for being freaked out if you think that he was just convicted on the victims claims alone but that is not how it works so rest at ease. He's a monster. That must be why Trump doesn't donate to charity. He doesn't want to draw attention to himself. The hill? Come on man. I don't want or care about your links to someone whining about the issue. I'd like you to answer my question. It's important. Do you know why he lied about his wealth? If he doesn't need to lie about it, why did he? He deliberately hired someone to overestimate his wealth. It's all in the discovery. I am not going to your Fox News link. Do you want wealthy people to get away with fraud or not? So it's okay to commit crime because other people do it? Is she claiming to be a billionaire on her taxes and using the financial perks to buy private jets and con people? Because if she is she should go to prison. So because someone else didn't get justice, Trump should be able to get away with fraud? That is disgusting.
