It depends on what you mean by "accepted."

Yes. As is commonly referenced, a pure democracy is two wolves and a sheep voting on what's for lunch. The US Constitution protects the minority from the tyranny of the majority.
Pure democracy is just mob rule. However, I don't mind the word democracy being used as a generic term for a system of government in which the individual has a say via voting.
This pretty much describes all politicians. There are many that would argue that you could apply all of this to Trump as well.

It's easy to get numb to it when it's non stop.
Americans use the same phrasing, like "mind your manners" or "mind your Ps and Qs."
I don't think that's the issue here. I think it's more likely a modernization of safety precautions. "Mind the doors" is unspecific and vague, where "please stand clear of the closing doors" is direct and clear with the instruction.

No, it doesn't. There's a physical limit to what women are capable of compared to men.
There's a reason that no women play in the NFL, NBA, or MLB. There's a reason for men's and women's categories in the Olympics.
I spent 8 years in the US Marines. We had women in our company serving in support or administration roles. They were simply not physically capable of doing the things men did.
I see no problem here. There's no reason a woman can't do that job.
