If you read how she acted with Elvis, going on the ledge, threatening to jump if he doesn't pay attention to her, you'd know she was wild and very impulsive. To me, it seems her impulsive threats of jumping, came to a bad end 2hen she slipped.
The rumor of Wagner with men came from one source, the sister of Wood and she has liĆ¾le credibility.
Button phones came in in the 50s, old people today, even 20 years go would've been relatively young back then. I think I might turn into 1 of these old people tbh, I don't like changing my cp, tablet, or computer as often as my brother does (every 6 months).
At Close Range
I never really liked Tony and his gang, he has no honor and integrity.
Oh my, that's horrific!
What about Cameron Diaz?
Although most Mexicans are mestizos, a combination of NA and Europeans, a significant portion are pure NA or European.
Lol, look at the angry atheist, mad at any mention of religion.
I too thought it was a relatively young director who found all of his effects "cool", u til I checked I db and it was Tony Scott.
That was the style back then, baggy.
Good story with good actors ruined by a bad director. This should've been a 9/10 but the director brought it down to a 6/10.
I saw this as a kid in the 90s, my parents saw this in the 70s and we all considered it rape.
Do you watch YouTube or late night shows interviewing Americans? I'm from the Philippines, but many interviewed don't know their history that even I know, a foreigner. They can't read nor write in cursive, can't tell time, don't know if Canada is a city, state, or country, etc. I think you'd find people as stupid or worse today than back then, I mean they have teachers today teaching 10yr olds how to give bj to adults. Same teachers who don't know what men and women are. I hope this doesn't infect my country.
I actually find people more attractive 20 years ago and earlier than today. Nothing beats natural and slim. Gen z and Hollywood wear too much pancake makeup, obese, too many botox, fillers and surgeries make them all look like bloated fishes, not even human. Oh and they call themselves kings, queens, emperors like megalomaniacs too so their character sucks.
I think this is a reference to the greatest gangster film ever made The Godfather.
The editing is also strange imo, it just cuts off abruptly and jumps to the next scene.
Same saw this 2x when I was much younger and rewatching it recently, I realize he wasn't so bad actually. He is my favorite character tbh.
Agree! The short crop hair brought focus to his nice face and stunning cheekbones. He particularly looked his best with his su glasses on.
Imo he looked best in The Dogs of War, At Close Range, Biloxi Blues, and Batman Returns.
Taking stuff left outside as a form to teach you not to, is just normal behavior in many Asian households.
I never saw him as a bad guy either, he ws my favorite character in the film. I can't stand Epstein though, obnoxious.
