Nah. Anything with Shia LeBitch is a terrible movie. He's an awful actor who tries too hard, which is the opposite of what you need to be a good actor.
Movie goers know, but Hollywood tried to force him anyway. Then he plagiarized an entire movie, and should have been blacklisted for it, but he won't quit so all he does is try to become a meme to stay relevant. Which idiots eat up. He should really be in prison or dead. He's done terrible things.

Daniel LaPusso is the main character but the story revolves around Mr. Miyagi. His story is that with good teaching, even the whiniest, cynical, wimp can benefit greatly from following his methods.
It would have been a little pathetic and less triumphant if the only people celebrating were Daniel, an old man, and a girl covered in 4 sweaters.

The show is about characters. It's Live and tries to be topical. They don't have time to flush out a new character every week for every new event. They milk the same characters for as long as possible, not because it's the easy way out, but because the other way is too damn hard and will fail more often than not.
