Hard to get over it. A real little girl was murdered for the scene. It was pretty low budget and they couldn't afford cgi SSO they just really did it... The girl has no idea what was going on and didn't know it was going to happen. Only the parents knew.
Ambulance could've provided emergency care on the way to the hospital./may have had an epipen on board.
