Now he's 37 and looks like 19! 😉 Haha... exactly what I was just now going to say! 🤣 Nor I. I had to go to IMDB to find out what character she was playing, and then re-watched it in order to see her. OMG, what a transformation! I, imo, also think Evan Peters did an awesome job on portraying Jeffery Dahmer all the way down to Dahmers' soft spoken voice...except for one major part...his eyes. Evans' eyes are naturally a super, intense, dark brown. Jeffreys' eyes were blue. That threw me off the entire series as I am an eye person which means, I pay special attention to the eyes of a person that I'm focusing on or speaking to. Evan really should've worn blue lenses to look more like Jeffery, it would've made a world of difference. But, like I said, that's just my opinion. To whomever reads this, what were you thoughts on the eye color being wrong...or did you even know it was wrong? Speaking of eyes, Evans' eyes were uncomfortably, scary and intense in the series when Glenda Cleveland refused to eat the sandwich he made for her. What a cold, creepy stare!! Evan has very expressive eyes, another reason why he should've gone with blue lenses to give off more of an evil Dahmer look rather than an evil Peters look.👁️👁️ Jeffreys' father, {in the series}, said he had, had the same, sick fantasies when he was in his teens. Jeffery carried out those fantasies. Replying to a super old thread but, hey...who cares...lol. If Colin Firth & Christopher Lloyd had a baby, it would be Evan Peters...imo. I really don't think Evan looks anything like Malcolm McDowell...not even a little bit. Yes! I definitely felt the Wayne Gacy vibes and a nod to the film, Gacy...{the boys being buried in the crawl space}. Those Gacy vibes made this film very sad for me, thinking about the fate of those poor boys the Grabber abducted. It was hard for me to watch because of that, but I thought the film was pretty well made. I also saw nods to, IT, by the use of the antagonists' use of balloons...only they were black instead of Pennywises' red balloons and, the yellow slicker worn by Finns' sister in TBP was also worn by Georgie in, IT. Also a nod to, Sinister. I believe the room, or similar, where the Grabber kept Finney was used in Sinister, those walls looked mighty familiar. Same director, Scott Derrickson, same actor, Ethan Hawke, in a reverse roll...looks similar to Bughuul in Sinister. It's called, "Backstage at the Budokan" sung by Anton Newcombe & Little Barrie. The last part of the song, where the guitar starts playing, is part of the same song as above. It was written in for the movie. Lyrics begin with: "It's the weekend, I think of good friends, sometimes forget they died. I want to see them because I need them..." Here's the video. That part of the song begins at 4:18 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zIiYMzLM2-U I didn't see in the Terms or Standards that I couldn't post links. If I overlooked it, please let me know and I'll remove the link. Thank You! :) HaHa...I couldn't agree more! No. Guy Pearce and tons of others! People who say that know nothing about suicide and what drives people to do it. SLoaAT is: "The Secret Life of the American Teenager". Technically, it should be, TSLotAT. Both my faves as well. 😉👍👍 I agree with that too, missnat. Hey Dazed 😊 I'm still here now and then but mostly just checking on any notifications. I'm sure I'll be back in full force soon though so no worries there. Unfortunately, for my security job, I didn't stick with it too long. Got tired of the same old graveyard shift in the lumber yard, all by myself with just my car, my gun and a phone, and freezing half to death in my car night after night. Worked a few night shifts in the ER, that was a bit more exciting at least. But, alas, I wasn't interested enough in the job to continue the long, grueling, graveyard shifts at the lumber yard on the bad side of town, so I quit after awhile. The only upside I had at the lumber yard was a dozen or so cats kept me company and followed me around on my hourly rounds...and helped me eat my food...lol. 😉 As for now...I am retired since 08. I think I'd rather be back at the lumber yard...lol. Haha...I did the exact same thing for a lumber yard back in the 80's. Most boring job I ever had!! 😫😫😫 LMAO!! That WAS hilarious!! 😂😂😂 "I'm not in a rush to see it either. Heard it was overlong and a waste of time, and inferior in every way to Kubrick's masterpiece." Yes, you're definitely not missing anything! Same here lennon. I didn't mind "AntiChrist" so much though but, it's definitely nowhere close to my top 10 or anything! More like at the bottom of the barrel collecting dust. Actually, no, I didn't on account of I've never watched NCIS Los Angeles. I don't really watch much TV at all, mostly just films. I can definitely understand how that could've ruined the show a bit for you though, it probably would've ruined it for me as well if I watched it.
