The guy earns millions of $$ from his extremely violent, firearm-filled movies yet he is virulently anti-2nd Amendment and believes private ownership of firearms in the United States should not exist.
Anyone who is a staunch American and who believes in and embraces the 2nd Amendment of the US Constitution should recognize that this turd is shitting on their faces if they buy a ticket to any of his movies.
That's why I don't look into celebrities personal lives too much. They're here to entertain us, that's it. Unless they did something really awful, I don't care what they believe. I support the 2nd amendment as well. He doesn't, who cares. He's not being a hypocrite in my opinion, he's just acting.

They don't have a gun culture there, and in view of all the sectarian hate and terrorism that has existed in Northern Ireland and Ireland over the last couple of centuries, can you blame any Irishman or woman for detesting guns? Sorry, but for those of us who live in Europe, the Americana obsession with shooting people is frankly alarming.

I think there's a distinction between what we find entertaining and what we condone in real life. I don't want to heist a Las Vegas casino - let alone three - but I love Ocean's Eleven. I don't like criminal behaviour, but I like The Godfather and The Italian Job. I recognize that Seinfeld and Fawlty Towers aren't filled with role models, I still think they're funny.
Guns should be banned, especially in america.
