Who wrote this movie, a 15 year old?
This dialogue is straight up juvenile.
Harley Quinn- "I love when it rains, it's like the angels are spooging". Or whatever the hell she says.

I don't know about this one, but Luc Besson wrote "The Fifth Element" when he was 13, but I'm guessing he didn't actually turn it into a film until years and years later.
