So for those of you that have seen the movie?
Was is better than the first movie? What about the second movie?
What would you give it on a scale of 1-10.
I think the movies have gotten progressively better. The first Deadpool was quite good, but the second was even better. I enjoyed this the most of the three, though it's quite different from the first two in that it's played as straight comedy all the way. This is a Hope-Crosby road picture with violence and vulgarity.
When I rate films, I tend to rate them within their genre, so a 9/10 superhero film may only be a 5/10 film if I'm comparing it to all films ever made. With that in mind, I'd say Deadpool & Wolverine is an 8/10 superhero film. It doesn't have the emotional impact of some of the best superhero films (although it does have a couple such moments), so it's closer to a 6/10 in that regard, but it rates a 10/10 for the dialogue and comedy.
It’s nice to see someone else not only like Deadpool 2, but say that it’s better than the first.

shareAgreed. While I enjoyed the first film, you could see and feel how much the studio held back on the budget, so it came off kinda cheap. The second film felt more like an actual movie, with a proper budget and everything.

That is where this movie shines. I can't even remember the plot, but that isn't important as "the plot" was just a device to deliver the jokes.
