Does Tim Burton use a lot of CGI?
I hope this movie has shitty '80s animation
I really liked the movie, but the end needed work.
They are running out of ideas.
I think people who trash this movie are trashing it for the wrong reasons.

Airplane! and a superhero movie are not comparable.
There are thousands of superhero movies. Airplane! doesn't belong to a film franchise, it is an original idea, unlike Deadpool.
From best to worst:
Deadpool
Deadpool & Wolverine
Deadpool 2
It's been too long since I have seen the first two to give a rating, but I remember specifically liking the first one and not really liking Deadpool 2. The first one had a good story. I can't remember what the second one was about.
I did not really like the story in Deadpool & Wolverine either, but Reynolds' and Jackman's chemistrry made up for it. The banter and the action were entertaining. I think Deadpool & Wolverine will be remembered better because of it.
Never mind. I saw the trailer.
Hollywood has found out that people just want an excuse to leave the house and we are willing to go to theaters even if the movies are bad.
They are correct in this assessment. Watching a movie in a theater is just a different and fun experience.
But come on. This movie was exactly as advertised. It was stupid, mindless, entertainment. It was never going to be anything else.
"The suck zone" automatically makes that movie higher on the tier list.
I couldn't give two shits whether a cast is diverse or not as long as they can act.
Anthony Ramos cannot act.
The mom kind of referenced climate change. She said the tornadoes are getting worse every year and the price of wheat and grain were going up.
You are right. The pacing was off in this movie, and I think a lot of it has to do with the soundtrack. The original movie had a score that played during the ride scenes. This one played some weird, dreary, songs with vocals.
Javier annoyed me. Almost any other actor in this movie could have played a more interesting side character. He was so boring and empty that it made me wonder how the hell he became an actor.
The two main characters were solid picks. I think Glenn Powell made this movie. It would have been a Direct-to-VHS sort of film if he wasn't in it. It was refreshing to see a machismo character in film again, and play the "good guy".
Don't forget launching fireworks in a tornado.
The original one was better.
The writing in Twisters wasn't bad. It was better than I expected. The problem were the actors. The guy that played Javier was as boring as you can be. No personality. They could have picked nearly anyone else in Hollywood.
I thought the female lead was boring at first but she hit her stride in the middle of the movie.
Glenn Powell made the movie. If he wasn't in it, it would be a 4/10 film. He carried to a 7/10.
