Jesus, I Hope This Rumor Isn't True

Well, at least the height is right!
shareUM...RADCLIFFE IS PERFECT CASTING...HEIGHT,WEIGHT,HAIR COLOR,FACIAL ORIENTATATION...PLUS HE IS A SOLID ACTOR...IF YOU HAD READ A WOLVERINE COMIC YOU WOULD BE EXCITED FOR THIS NEWS.
shareI agree, I don’t know if it’s definitive or not but I’m hopeful Radcliffe gets the part. I also like the fact that he’s not your stereotypical Hollywood golden boy, he’s a bit of an outsider, and I really like that, I also think Shia LaBeouf and Jon Bernthal would be a good fits for Wolverine.
shareJackman has retired from the role, and he was always a foot too tall anyway.
Radcliffe might work, if he can bulk up or appear to bulk up. He's grown up to be a damn good actor, and he can do an American accent, he might work in the role.
LOGAN HAS ARRIVED...

Distinctly less bulky than the comic character, but superhero comic-book artists do tend to go overboard with muscles. With the right director and cinematographer, her might do.
I think the odds of him doing well are good, because as I said he's a good actor... but he's particularly good at comedy. And the Deadpool movies are VERY funny, he might work well with Reynolds.
Radcliff has pretty solid physique here. if he does get the role he will get even more trainers, bulk up and likely they will put him on some sort or roids.

i agree of all the people i thought would have a great career after seeing harry potter, Radcliff was my last guess.
the mans surpassed any expectation i could have had for any of that cast. Hes doing fun interesting projects, taking risks, actually making cool movies not just selling out, commits to roles and doesnt play it safe and get typecast in a single comfortable character like how michelle rodriguez did her entire career.
Well, of the three main kids, Radcliffe was my first guess for someone who might have a career as an adult actor. I could see him improving through the course of the movies, taking his craft seriously and getting better, and at the same time I could see Watson totally failing to improve. And now Radcliffe has grown up to have some real skills, and Watson is still pretty and lifeless on camera.
Grint was the surprise to me. I thought he'd grow up to be a Simon Pegg type, a good solid actor who can always be relied on for a laugh. But he hasn't bothered much with acting, so I hope he's happy with the life he's chosen.
i meant pretty much all the child actors not just the main three. but ya pretty spot on assessement.
Watson seems like she was born to be Hermione but is boring.
I don't think Watson was a very good Hermione, even though she's supposed to be rather like Hermione in real life. She just isn't a good actress, doesn't have the charisma, training, or knack to be a good screen actor. I've been saying for years that she's a very bright girl with a terrific academic record, and that she might be happier doing something other than acting.
And I will admit that I never really thought about the bulk of the child actors in those movies. I never paid much attention to them, as I was too busy enjoying all the great adult Brit actors, in even the smallest roles. The sort of actors who have cabinets full of awards for leading roles, but who took tiny parts just to impress their children or grandchildren. They were a hoot to watch, the kids... not so much.
Grint is pretty good in The Servant and Knock at the Cabin. He can do supporting roles well enough.
share'Hes doing fun interesting projects, taking risks, actually making cool movies not just selling out, commits to roles and doesnt play it safe'
Very similar approach to Robert Pattinson. Both made their money early with massive franchises, leaving them able to pick roles based purely on what interests them as an actors.
He got fairly buff for the Weird Al biopic.
shareThere's a difference between fit and buff, and in "Weird Al" I'd call Radcliffe fit.
As for Grint, he's doing a bit of acting, but he's also got a young family, and I presume he can afford to spend more time with his family than working. For my own sake I hope he grows up to have a career like Simon Pegg's (see above), but maybe he's a proper Arthur Weasley type in real life, and he just wants to potter around the house and the shed and play with the kids.
Btw Wolverine is Canadian 🇨🇦 (Comic Book Andy).
shareafter seeing the harry potter films and him actually being a good fit, i thought of all the child stars he would be the least successful or talented.
i couldnt have been more wrong and he exceeded and far surpassed even the highest expectations i could ahve had for any of that cast.. He takes interesting fun projects, he takes risks, he tests his range and doesnt play it safe and just play the same character over and over again.

he also looks pretty damn ripped and "wolverine" like. if i could see anyone completely committing to the role and making it his own in a good way its him
100% AGREE...WELL SAID.👍🏾
shareRadcliffe has turned into a decent actor but he’s far too boy-ish to play Wolverine. He has tiny hands and zero gravitas - far from the intimidating animal that Jackman can become.
shareYou along with myself might be the only one's who feel this way.. We're outnumbered by Gen Z
shareWeird that Gen Bitch find him intimidating. I couldn’t think of a less imposing male actor than Daniel ‘Potter’ Radcliffe 🤣

This guy who was the villain in MI:2 was a proposed choice to play WOLVERINE at 1 point.. He's more convincing than Daniel Radcliffe for heaven's sake
