There are casting quotas which dictate what % of the cast has to be people of color. There are people whose sole jobs are to ensure these quotas are met.

Makes no difference what this guy's girlfriend looks like as to whether he is allowed to form an opinion on someone else!
And that's not even getting into whether his judgement is right or wrong, it's just weird to make out he's only allowed to make such a comment if his own partner is "acceptable"...
Let's go through the options.
1. He doesn't have a girlfriend. In that case, he is ugly. We can deduce this because even convicted felons who are attractive get women swooning. If you're ugly, you probably shouldn't criticize people on the basis of their looks.
2. He has girlfriend less attractive than a Hollywood actress. In that case, he is dating someone more hideous than Medusa, and that can't make him feel very secure being seen in public with her. Sounds like a recipe for failure.
3. His girlfriend is more attractive/equally attractive. In that case, congratulations, but now we're talking about the ungrateful top 5% of humanity, and they are punching down at the bottom 95% who would consider ourselves extremely lucky to be in that position.

Nothing you said there changes the fact that you are saying people cannot have an opinion on another person's attractiveness unless they "qualify" in some way.

Seems perfectly logical to me. If you're willing to attack someone's appearance, put yourself up for the same scrutiny.

If you average up their scoring, there's an objective standard. Just like if you average up womens attractiveness scores, their is an objective standard. Facts don't care about your feelings.
