These are just my personal favorites. For reference, I've not seen Moonlight, Captain Fantastic, Nocturnal Animals, Elle, Loving, Florence Foster Jenkins, Kubo and the Two Strings, Moana, My Life As a Zucchini, The Red Turtle, Fire at Sea, I Am Not Your Negro, Life Animated, and all of the foreign language nominees. I'm okay with any winner except La La Land, so I know I'll be sorely disappointed Sunday night, ha.

I'd be happy with any winner except Gibson ( hated Hacksaw Ridge), but I loved Manchester most, so

Tempted to go 20th Century Women, just to give it something as it deserves an Oscar! I mean if I were awarding Lonergan Director, I guess I'd give this one screenplay

Many are not yet released in my country.
I hope for Isabelle Huppert, best actress.
Haven't seen La la Land, but Emma Stone bored me in Magic in the Moonlight. I don't know Ruth Negga.

Yes, I know Hacksaw Ridge is a long shot to win Best Picture and Best Director, however, in my opinion, this was my fave film released in 2016 bar none.
It's going to be La La Land for a landslide. Typically, and if the trend holds true, it is going to be one movie that sweeps. Last year it was Mad Max Fury. LOL
shareLa La Land for me, since I've only seen Arrival and La La Land. I might watch the rest.
shareI hoped Hidden Figures would win something.
