Astonishingly A 300 Million Opening is being discussed by Multiple sites....

I saying "Being Discussed" instead of Predicted because the data at this point is Useless for
Endgame, for Sites to give A "Prediction" they have to look at the Data and compare it to others movies.

With Endgame, Theres nothing to compare it to....The data/tracking/presales/awareness is higher than anything thats ever been seen, theres just nothing to compare it, Making a prediction of 270....280....or 300 Million just a pure guess....Basically all we can say for sure is...The data shows It should Open over 258 Million and Be The Highest Grossing Opening ever.

Beyond that, Theres no telling where it could end between 260 to 300 M

BOTH deadline and Box office.com are Projecting 270 to 300 M+

My Prediction as of today is.

OW-283 Million

Total Domestic-$675 to 715

World Wide-$2.250 to 2.5 Billion

I also think Endgame is going to have a 900 Million + GLOBAL debut

My Prediction could change if Reviews are Bad Or Excellent.

Thats now China,US and India now reporting Earth shattering presales....

and these arent like just Barely breaking records.... Endgame is Obliterating Records

Its being reported theres already 140 Million dollars worth of tickets sold domestically.

China is reporting ALL TIME record presales of 75 to 100 Million...

Box office Wise this is unprecedented

Marvel/Disney has invested heavily in marketing to India with a population of Middle Class earners equal to the entire population of the USA. Avengers:Endgame will have one of the largest marketing budgets of any film. I don't consider that a financially cautionary example for promoting a movie but an investment in audiences and growth that was long since needed to remain relevant. As far as story content goes there is little if anything that has been structured specifically towards any potential demographic specific to India, besides the promise of a new Ms. Marvel in print and animation series. Avengers:IW did $43 Million in India. I believe Avengers:Endagame will do markedly better.

Marvel has invested in a promo tour with the creation of an Avengers:Endgame Marvel Anthem: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OEFvE0ScEGY, which was very well done and just may payoff huge for the film in connecting the audience to the film through pop music.

To some extent even keeping Okoye present on the promotional tour, ads and posters was a calculated move. I can only wonder what impact Wakanda and Okoye could possibly have to the narrative story, if any. The intent is to keep an Africa impact focus implied (though probably not delivered) in the film.

Avengers:Endgame might be revolutionary just based on Marvel/Disney titlting aggressively towards inclusion indirectly with this film but delivering in subsequent film with new characters and stories earthbound. I'm pretty sure future casting for Cosmic and Celestial stories will have more diversity than ever before and will probably be less controversial.

Avengers Is Tracking for a 253 Million dollar Opening in China....Thats 54 million more than Infinity War....

depending on WOM, Endgame could end up with a 450 M+ total in China

And reportedly over 4,000 showtimes in North America have already been sold out. Whoa.

Now how far will ultimately go? Well, I’m betting one thing: it’s going to leave IW in the dust (pun intended). Everything it has already accomplished is beyond impressive.

i might revise this tomorrow morning & get a fix on how people are responding to tonight's showing.

but as of right now, i'm going to slightly bump up the prediction i made two weeks ago:

domestic opening weekend: $275m
Domestic total: $695m
Worldwide opening weekend (including domestic): $885m
worldwide total: $2.1b, edging out the force awakens.
& i'll stick to my statement that there's a 30% +/- 5% chance that it doesn't make $2b worldwide.

but if this gets iw-style reaction from fans, it should match & surpass iw handily.

Its Happening!

Endgame has Obliterated The Midnight record in China.

now on pace for a 300 Million dollar Opening in China(Infinity War opened to 200 M)

Projections are now a 500 M+ total run in China.

All ratings and scores on Sites like IMDB in china are Excellent, Much better than IW....

A 1 Billion dollar Global opening is now in Play...

Man Endgame is living up to its INSANE pre release tracking

The EXPLOSION continues....Endgame its just Increasing in China....

Endgame opened in 24 markets overseas yesterday......and Opened HIGHER than IW in all 24 markets....

Including Breaking the all time records in 8 of those Markets...

this really puts a 1 Billion dollar GLOBAL opening on the table.....

also worth noting....Endgame is Continuing to EXPLODE in China with a 46 Million dollar day 2....and is now on track to have a 310 to 340 Million Opening Weekend!

The Box office results in China are Stunning!

Next up is the Mid Night debut domestically.

this is the one record, box office analysts dont think Endgame Will get.....MCU films dont have That ALL TIME type Mid Night openings, They are much more even through the weekend...

for example both The Force Awakens and The Last Jedi had bigger openings than Infinity War on Mid Night screenings...

I am curious though to see the results....The Presales are so otherworldly...we may see a bigger Mid Night number with EG

I think somewhere between 45 to 47 Million on Mid Night previews will be where EG lands

also worth Noting, Endgame is Continuing its EXPLOSION In China....coming In Above Projections...

When Endgame debuted with a 107 Million Opening Day, Projections were for a 300 M+ total OW....

Now Projections in China has risen to 330 to 350 Million for a TOTAL OW...

also another Astonishing Stat....Endgame has opened in 46 Markets overseas....and in Every Market its opened HIGHER than IW...

1 Billion GLOBAL Opening now LIKELY

as Well as A 300 Million + domestic Opening LIKELY according to deadline.

theres never been anything Like what is happening with Endgame...

The Pre-sales and Pre-Release tracking were Unprecedented.....and somehow Endgame is actually not only Matching those INSANE pre-sales but Its Exceeding them...

If Endgame tops 1.1 Billion for its GLOBAL debut(which is now at least Mathematically possible)....The Math says it could match or top Avatar...

Based on IW's Multiplier....If Endgame, hits 1.1 B this weekend, and then just has the same Multiplier as IW....then were talking Avatar numbers....

again its way too earlier to really discuss that...But Its becoming clear a 1.1 B GLOBAL debut is now at least Possible.

330 M+ in China
Possible 300 M+ domestic Opening
and 400 Million + from other overseas markets(IW made 383 Million Overseas during its Opening Weekend NOT counting China, Endgame Is Opening HIGHER in Every Market overseas, Therefor Endgame Will at least make 400 M+ from The Overseas markets, possibly 450 M+)

1.1 B is truly on the table now!

The China and Us Box office openings of 350m and 300m respectively alone would seal a 1b opening. If you consider that if you add the China Box office to Infinity War's opening, it made 830m OW. Those two numbers alone would put it close to 200m above IW. I think it will add another 100m in other markets, no problem.
