Thanos. Worst CGI ever.

I'm saying Best CGI ever

I was astonished By Thanos in IW....

for me its one of the very best examples of a CGI character I've ever seen(right up there with the new PLanet of the apes films)

there are a few moments, where the CGI is noticeable...But I saw this in IMAX....and literally for 90% of the time Thanos is on screen, He looks masterful and I completely forgot he was even CGI...

I know everyone has their own opinions....But from everything Ive read, The Majority seems to be blown away by Thanos in this film...

Even Thanos's Black Order CGI were amazing, 3 out of the 5 were Incredible, 2 were just good...

The Wizard, Girl and one that looked like the demon from "sinister" were astonishing

I find myself almost at a loss of words that....despite spending the same Budget(300 M)....We get one of the very best CGI characters of all time in Thanos in IW...and and yet With Justice League we literally got one of the worst CGI characters of all time in Steppenwolf.

The MCU gave the CGI department the latitude to change him to however they wanted in order to make him look more natural. They gave him more natural looking lips and eyes so his face could move more naturally with Josh Brolin's mocap face. Infinity War needed to show a somewhat sympathetic side to him. As much as I like the 2014 Thanos he seemed limited to just being pissed off all the time. I dont think the 2014 Thanos could've pulled off the cliff scene with Gamora.
