There are talks that John Spartan before taking on Elvin killed some others like the murder death killer of 2010 on the last recorded offensive along with Patrick Wilkes. If the rest of the cryocons that were still on ice were not eliminated by the cryo-prison blown up the explosion freed them and they fled to underground. They could then be cloned if so. John Spartan is aware of the killing of Zachary Lamb back in 2032 and that it was CryoCon Adam who did the work for Simon Phoenix in killing Raymond Cocteau and before others have shown up at the cryo-prison John Spartan was aware of him knocked out and others who were in cut out scenes killed by John Spartan killed by Alfredo Garcia, Edgar Friendly and 4 other armed scraps in a gun fight just as Jesse Ventura’s character armed the cut out cryocons. There are talks of Cryo Con Elvin still out there all those years and somehow learn Simon Phoenix was cloned. It appears in a cut out scene in Demolition Man Sylvester Stallone defeats Jesse Ventura incapacitating him after killing completely cut out CryoCons. Now if this is a success here are the ideas for Demolition Man 3.
If this does well then Demolition Man 3 has the main character as offspring of John Spartan and Lenina Huxley Joseph Jonathan Spartan. He falls for a news woman as he's an officer of the NY PD. There's an AI villain getting humanity under it's control and there's a National Guard veteran as mayor of NYC. Joey Spartan pairs up with the daughter of Chief George Earle. There's a crime boss of NYC running all the crime named Howard Taylor. Todd and Otis are bodyguards or top goons to Howard Taylor. If this is a movie there are talks Joey Spartan in 2068 defeated Bill Johnson and his gang of Southside crips. This film or other wise books or comics should start off in 2072 and then the rest of the plot like a year later in 2073.
This could start out with Blake Nixon and his thugs male and female various races smuggling cigarettes and Joey Spartan with the team takes them on. Joey Spartan blows up a boat on Blake Nixon in a gun fighting killing him and some other smugglers while a few survive the gun fight throwing down their guns as Lisa Earle and Captain Martin arrest them. That should be 4 years after John Spartan retired as a cop. There’s Blake Nixon on the view phone with Howard Taylor before NYPD officers show up.
Joey Spartan and NY PD officers take on Howard Taylor and his criminal empire. There's Captain Martin who gets killed by Howard Taylor's goons and that goon is in return killed by Joey Spartan. There are male and female mercenaries taken down by Joey Spartan and his allies. Eve a female and Budd are the mercenaries to Howard Taylor. Joey Spartan ends up killing both Eve and Budd. There are pawns of this AI unit killed by Howard Taylor while the mayor defeats this AI villain helping Joey Spartan. Joey Spartan making NYC crime free defeats Howard Taylor kicking him through a window on not sharp glass arresting him. There's also Chief Byrnes of the NY PD who's in battle against Howard Taylor's crime syndicate. The mayor of NYC at the time is leading a resistance against the AI unit fighting the assassin named Sarah a female who tries to kill him that’s also a National Guard veteran. This is New York and New Jersey made into one state in those years. This should start off in 2072 and go over to 2078. It's Howard Taylor as a suspect of being a crime kingpin. There should be flying cars by this. There are talks of Gus Hawkins doing hard time in prison. The AI unit is redeemed but there could be Skynet references of the Terminator films and talks of Arnold Schwarzenegger was California governor to president of the United States just as John Spartan is retired as a cop and was talked about set up by Simon Phoenix when he finally nailed him back in 1996 but also tried to rescue the hostages. Lisa Earle and Commissioner Timothy Bottoms take on Todd and Otis while Joey Spartan has the showdown with Howard Taylor as Joey Spartan says he’ll handle Howard Taylor. Howard Taylor is arrested with Otis and Todd. Other fans could put in more ideas for Demolition Man 3 that could make up a film trilogy.
Other wise if DM 2 is comics then a Demolition Man 3 comic book series. If this is a book then in the prologue there’s 2068 when John Spartan and company taken down the Southside Crips as John Spartan defeats Bill Johnson and arrests him. This would then in a comic book series be issue 0 in 2068 and issue 1 in 2072.

The 2037 taking place should be issue 0 of Demolition Man 2. This is the library showdown to start off a comic book series. Other fans could put in ideas for like Demolition Man 2 comics set in the 2050's and 2060's.
There series should start off in 2032 when Gus Hawkins is becoming mayor of San Angeles who was on city council during the Cocteau administration. He’s interim mayor of the free San Angeles. He’s in secret the next of Raymond Cocteau but not as incompetent as him. There’s with Dr. Ronny Blade having the frozen remains of Simon Phoenix from the destroyed Cryo-Prison dug up with the help of top CryoCon minions Adam and Elvin. Mac owns a business now and his the mystery offspring of Simon Phoenix. Flying cars start a couple of years after the end of the 1993 movie. John Spartan marries Lenina Huxley. They have a daughter named Melissa and a son named Joey born in 2033 and 2036.
It's in those years that Gus Hawkins was city council to Mayor of the free San Angeles to state senator and then governor of California and plots to as president bring back the Cocteau administration. Adam is the cryocon played by Jesse “The Body” Ventura.
Five years later in 2037 after the end of Demolition Man Adam is plotting to with 5 other cryocons pillage the Schwarzenegger Presidential Library. John Spartan gets the tip from Gus Hawkins on that who’s now mayor of San Angeles. There should be talks that the armed scraps with Edgar Friendly killed Cryocons Kodo (played by Toshishiro Obata, Beppo (played by Charles Glass) and Albert (played by Norm Compton. There’s a bloody scene with underground people killed by Simon Phoenix and his gang. Edgar Friendly clobbers Adam on the head with the tip of his gun. There should be the Wasteland battle talked of when the top CryoCon henchmen of Simon Phoenix defeated Edgar Friendly and his resistance without killing them and Simon Phoenix believed to by Raymond Cocteau killed Edgar Friendly. This is believed by Raymond Cocteau that Simon Phoenix killed Edgar Friendly but Edgar Friendly and his resistance emerge. It was Jason and Ryan were attacked by Simon Phoenix's offspring and 3 others who turned their back on the resistance. That’s just to be mentioned only. They defeat them and go over to the battle of Edgar Friendly and other followers battling CryoCon henchmen. Allot talked of that should be as not shown in the 1993 movie. 2037 John Spartan shows up with Lenina Huxley-Spartan, Alfredo Garica, Dana Harris-Burke and Derek Hammer lead by Chief George Earle.
They spot Adam with 5 other men that Simon Phoenix had unfrozen 5 years earlier. John Spartan states he'll take Adam just as Chief Earle with the other cops present take on the 5 other CryoCon henchmen lead by Adam at the place. John Spartan’s female sidekicks are fighting martial arts fight. John Spartan takes on CryoCon Adam. Adam states to kill John Spartan over and over again. John Spartan states that even if Adam was one of those he wanted to kill not necessary to kill them all. John Spartan has a colossal showdown with CryoCon Adam. There’s a video showing Zachary Lamb in the library killed by Simon Phoenix and then the 4 other CryoCons meeting up with him. John Spartan and CryoCon Adam are throwing punches onto each other. With fighting methods back John Spartan’s rookie from 1996 double kicks 2 CryoCons. She knocks them out as does Derek Hammer and Alfredo Garcia with Lenina Huxley-Spartan learning from John Spartan hand to hand combat. Adam throws a side punch on John Spartan. He misses just as Adam states to crush John Spartan to death. John Spartan boxing style throws punches onto Adam. John Spartan lays a kick onto the tough CryoCon’s belly. John Spartan shoves his knee into CryoCon Adam’s chin. John Spartan throws Adam against a glass wall. John Spartan does recall that Arnold Schwarzenegger the popular movie start was governor of California before president of the United States while he was frozen. John Spartan telling Adam when he manages to incapacitate him that he won’t kill anymore people. There could be scenes not cut out of the original film shown like the road chase and Simon Phoenix having his gang kill Raymond Cocteau with John Spartan at Taco Bell in showdown with the scraps thinking they were bad people. Also, the Simon Phoenix Road chase shown on video just as Adam watches himself in video gun down Dr. Cocteau. This shows that Chief Earle is holding Simon Phoenix for the murder of Mayor/Gov Raymond Cocteau. This should be in the 2037 tale Chief Earle sends Alfredo Garcia on the hunt for Elvin as Alfedo Garcia hunting down Elvin with Reggie, Gunther, Howie and Jed along with Ignatius.

It was for a gang rally during 2068 Simon Phoenix with CryoCon Elvin brought in Adam and Francis that Lenina Huxley and John Spartan managed to incapacitate for revenge on them with also to kill Edgar Friendly and this dictator wannabe Gus Hawkins to form a Cocteau like administration. There are talks that Zachary Lamb was killed by Simon Phoenix just before regrouping with his top CryoCon henchmen. That's just before Alfredo Garcia joins the scraps and the emerge at the police station. If a second film happens there could be a novelization to it and the novel to be movie accurate.

There was Dana Harris-Burke after 50 years moved to the north of the state of California while other cops like Derek Hammer, James MacMillain (played by Troy Evans) and Chief George Earle had all retired. Ronny Blade reports to Simon Phoenix Jr. who was the mystery offspring of Simon Phoenix. James MacMillain along with John Spartan were talked of in battle against the Italian mob in San Angeles just as Lenina Huxley and Alfredo Garcia were with arresting La Cosa Nostra.
This should be in the 30 years after John Spartan killed Simon Phoenix over to 2062 AD. There should be John Spartan going after surviving minions of Simon Phoenix. finding him with some other men. This is before John Spartan shows up and battles those members of the Phoenix gang. There are a few of them shot down before John Spartan has the epic gun fight with Elvin as John Spartan as the berretta drawn and a hand grenade. Ignatius, Gunther, Howie and Jed have knives. Jed as referred to as Jeffery Dahmer by Simon Phoenix long ago. John Spartan eliminates them with a grenade blowing them up. It’s at a dock. John Spartan finds the CryoCon Reggie. John Spartan and Reggie get into a gun fight. John Spartan shoots Reggie into the electric box electrocuting him. It’s a shipment of illegal drugs and cigarettes just as vaping it outlawed but invented not that long before San Angeles. After killing old criminals John Spartan meets with California governor Gus Hawkins and his right-hand man the secret offspring of Simon Phoenix going by Mac with Dr. Ronny Blade. It was Gus Hawkins with Ronnie Blade working for Raymond Cocteau until he was killed. The illegal drugs are blown up around him. Wayne Henderson fires on John Spartan. John Spartan fires back shooting Wayne Henderson in the head killing him. They discover all those years that Simon Phoenix was cloned with Adam and Francis reawakened from a coma that were Simon Phoenix’s top minions. This is just before that John Spartan goes to arrest this corrupt doctor at his lab. Joey Spartan is a rookie of the San Angeles Police force. There’s somewhere nearby scrap fighter named Jason fighting the clone Simon Phoenix in a martial arts fight. The Simon Phoenix clone kills Jason breaking his neck. After killing Wayne Henderson John Spartan and company find Jason the scrap fighter dead. It was over this time they learn broken neck.
There are years of investigation of this criminal mastermind. Gus Hawkins is the next of Raymond Cocteau and thinks he controls the criminal army that cloned Simon Phoenix and plotted to eliminate John Spartan. It was for political gain as John Spartan was destructive. Over this time Gus Hawkins rises to power and has a new Cocteau administration. There should be John Spartan eating at Taco Bell with Gus Hawkins as he has with him Lenina Huxley the deputy police chief and Captain Alfredo Garcia. During Taco Bell there is John Spartan’s family accompanying like his daughter Katherine who’s divorced long ago and has 2 daughters born 2 years apart. Also, with Lenina Huxley-Spartan John Spartan has the son named Joe and a daughter named Melissa. Gus Hawkins is looking to run for president for the 2068 election.
John Spartan and Lenina Huxley Spartan in the 2060’s later in that decade have their son Joey and a promoted office now detective Sierra Hauser going after Ronnie Blade. There are 2 others that turned their backs on the rebels going by Freddy and Buster. At this lab those cops appear and have a gun fight with Freddy and Buster. John Spartan kills Freddy while Joey Spartan kills Buster in the gun fight. They all together arrest Dr. Ronnie Blade on his charges just before finding out of Gus Hawkins having the Simon Phoenix clone as a pawn for political power and bring back the Cocteau like society just as John Spartan and his son Joey Spartan manage to incapacitate a certain number of 80 CryoCons that Simon Phoenix unfroze after the Cocteau killing. That’s first the US and then the world. The big battle against the Simon Phoenix clone with the gang and going after Gus Hawkins is in 2068. This is nearby in the city.
There should be scenes of humor too in it and scenes of Simon Phoenix clone and the mystery offspring of Simon Phoenix. They talk of killing Gus Hawkins and conspirators to him as they have the goal to spread chaos. The Simon Phoenix clone has the memory of the real Simon Phoenix having Adam kill Raymond Cocteau as of unable to pull the trigger on him. Gus Hawkins meets up with the Clone Simon Phoenix. Gus Hawkins has a plot to eliminate John Spartan for political gain but also eliminate Edgar Friendly and his freedom fighting band. Simon Phoenix clone and Simon Phoenix Jr. meet up with Gus Hawkins.

Simon Phoenix clone plots to kill Gus Hawkins and his 8 person council meeting up with the remaining army of CryoCons.
It’s Gus Hawkins taking over the world for peace when he’s a dictator that wants to kill John Spartan for political power. Those who served him work for Mac. John Spartan learns of Gus Hawkins plotting to kill him for political gain as was plotted by usurping criminal master mind Ronny Blade also the right-hand man of Gus Hawkins along with his crew of 3 women and 5 men. They learn of this stuff. In secret for usurping Ronny Blade with the Simon Phoenix clone send Adam with others unfrozen to kill Gus Hawkins as Adam did the work for Simon Phoenix in killing Mayor/Gov Raymond Cocteau back in 2032 when Simon Phoenix was unable to. There’s fighting for freedom from terror and oppression.
In the ideas there's a plot by Gus Hawkins to kill John Spartan for political gain with also order the killing of Edgar Friendly and his top scrap fighters. They should be played by Carlton Wilborn and Jack Black. That's with Mac and the council of Gus Hawkins. Later on, Mac meets up with the clone Simon Phoenix and the criminals unfrozen by Simon Phoenix back in 2032 just before Ronny Blade and the rest of the CryoCons unfrozen by Simon Phoenix 30 years earlier go to attack the police station. Mac takes a band of CryoCons to the police station and to attack. At the police station Detective Sierra Hauser talks of men and women turning their backs on the new Phoenix Gang. Simon Phoenix clone plots to kill them as he found out. Those are the rest to be unfrozen at the end if eliminated by the cryo-prison blown up then those CryoCons are all cloned.
The band of surviving CryoCons go to the police station with Simon Phoenix Jr. as the criminal mastermind. There are very young rebels both male and female on the way who got out of the gang that answered to Elvin and joined Edgar Friendly's freedom fighting band. Mac/Simon Phoenix Jr. and the band of CryoCons fight them in a gun fight. They shoot them down killing them. There should be scenes at the Police Station as Alfredo Garcia throws Erwin the veteran dispatcher to the ground when the CryoCons attack by firing. There are cops that fire back as does John Spartan, Lenina Huxley-Spartan, Edgar Friendly and the other armed followers of Edgar Friendly like who was played by Jack Black. They get shot and killed. Alfredo Garcia in front of the veteran dispatcher Erwin fires back.
Mac also fires on John Spartan and company. Detective Sierra Hauser and Joey Spartan get into a gun fight. John Spartan kills the rest of the CryoCons with bullets in Mac/Simon Phoenix Jr. killing him to. There was learning from Ronny Blade in custody of the Simon Phoenix clone hidden all those years as of the frozen remains of Simon Phoenix were recovered in the cryo-prison in ruins.
There should be at the San Angeles public library to when 2 police cruisers flying by land there finding the clone Simon Phoenix. One is carrying the squad leader with a woman member and the other carries 2 other men. The clone Simon Phoenix remarks his going to love running this place There are 4 cops who find the Clone Simon Phoenix. They are 3 men and one woman. They fight him in a gun fight. The Simon Phoenix clone kills those cops. There are reports to cops and rebels like to John Spartan and Edgar Friendly that there were rebels and cops slaughtered by the crime syndicate of 2060's San Angeles. He plots to kill those who betrayed him to join Edgar Friendly’s resistance force. There's the plot against Gus Hawkins to kill him with the men and women (8 people) to be slaughtered as well.
There should be Gus Hawkins talking of with his crew banning unhealthy products and taking guns out of the city again along with tattoos and body piercings illegal as would be alcohol, caffeine, contact sports and meat. Profanity would be outlawed while those morality boxes are to be brought back and John Spartan with Edgar Friendly are his top targets of elimination using criminals.
John Spartan and team depart for the San Angeles Science Center meeting up with Edgar Friendly and his top freedom fighters played by Carlton Wilborn and Jack Black in the 1993 flick. John Spartan puts Detective Sierre Hauser on patrol of San Angeles with other patrol officers. Joey Spartan has a handgun and shot gun and is to with his parents fight to end the Phoenix Gang.

They talk of underground people killed also. With surviving CryoCons arrested along with Gus Hawkins his accomplices are under investigation. From the conspirators of Gus Hawkins John Spartan manages to locate Simon Phoenix’s clone with the rest of the CryoCon henchmen. The clone Simon Phoenix has memories of the original Simon Phoenix and plots to clone others killed long ago to create a new criminal army with cloning henchmen killed at the main headquarters of the SA PD. John Spartan sends the officers on the search for the criminals out there.
This is later on that the clone Simon Phoenix with the remaining CryoCon henchmen of Simon Phoenix have an arsenal of guns big and small. 3 of the remaining CryoCons also are Adam, Francis and Elvin just as Adam and Francis got back up and freed by Simon Phoenix after beaten down by Lenina Huxley and John Spartan and to kill Gus Hawkins. Those are 37 out of 80 CryoCons left possibly like either unfrozen by cryo-prison explosion or eliminated but cloned along with Simon Phoenix. There should be talks of Zachary Lamb killed by Simon Phoenix as the clone has that memory to retcon a scene cut out to when Simon Phoenix kills Zachry Lamb on the streets of San Angeles. It’s after the car chase to when Zachary Lamb tries to bring down Simon Phoenix. He’s shot to death. Cryocons Adam, Francis, Danzig and Elvin meet up with Simon Phoenix heading over to Cocteau Industries. It was shown long ago that Simon Phoenix freeing the criminal army slaughtered the guards of the cryo-prison and then gunned the techs to death. Back to the 2060’s. From Simon Phoenix’s clone there’s the plot to kill the mayor of San Angeles along with deputy mayor and kill John Spartan and Edgar Friendly but also clone those killed at the police station battle and others killed long ago to form a criminal army. It’s a big building with a gun battle. John Spartan, Lenina Huxley-Spartan, Joey Spartan, Edgar Friendly, Alfredo Garcia and the armed scraps Carl and Jackie get into gun battle against Simon Phoenix and the remains of his gang as do the scrap fighters Ryan and the scraps played by Ken Baldwin and Michael Buice. John Spartan shoots down some gang members in the battle. The Clone Simon Phoenix finds of the offspring of Simon Phoenix killed at the police station attack. John Spartan equips with guns and a machine gun/rocket launcher combo in the right hand and berretta holstered as a back up. Lenina Huxley and John Spartan are riding the back Alfredo Garcia driving the car with Joey Spartan riding shotgun. The remaining villains are found at the San Angeles Science Center. Edgar Friendly and the Spartans evacuate the science center just before Simon Phoenix clone and his gang along come in. It's the science center on a floor to when John Spartan and allies battle the Simon Phoenix clone and the remaining CryoCons to when Alfredo Garcia is killed in battle by the clone Simon Phoenix as are the 2 scrap fighters played by Michael Buice and Ken Baldwin killed by the Simon Phoenix clone and the rest of the Phoenix gang while CryoCon Adam shoots and kills the scrap tough Ryan. John Spartan shoots down some bonus thugs. John Spartan guns down Paul O’Bannon and Robert Gonzalez who got arrested by his 1996 rookie killing them. Edgar Friendly shoots and kills Patrick Wilkes. The Simon Phoenix clone is blown up on Adam, Elvin and Francis with other bonus cryocons left who’s names are unknown as they are eliminated by explosion.
There should be the battle when Simon Phoenix clone and the rest of the CryoCon henchmen finding John Spartan and company with memories of the original Simon Phoenix. He says "let's take them boys". John Spartan and company are prepared this time and they fire back. This is reference to the Wasteland battle back in 2032 after the original Simon Phoenix sprung 7 CryoCons. John Spartan in the building shoots a rocket into Simon Phoenix clone and blows up the rest of the cryocon henchmen as the clone Simon Phoenix is eliminated by explosion. He blows up a part of the building but there’s the fire suppression system as the rest of the criminals are killed.

There's in the end people show up like San Angeles police officers and one of them is Detective Sierra Houser. Gus Hawkins shows up with his council of 8. At the end of the Demolition Man 2 comic book series there’s John Spartan retiring. John Spartan arrests Gus Hawkins on the charges to him just as Sierra Hauser shows up. She and Joey Spartan escort him to the police station while the elite moralistic conspiring with Gus Hawkins are free if they testify against him using the Phoenix Gang for political gain in a plot to kill John Spartan. His conspirators are to testify against him for their freedom. This is outside of the San Angeles Science Center and Gus Hawkins won’t run for president in 2068. John Spartan in retirement states that Gus Hawkins hid things on his rise to power in attempts to bring back the Cocteau plan. Lenina Huxley-Spartan is the new chief of police. This is at the end crowds come to see what's going on. Gus Hawkins a would-be dictator is the final arrest by John Spartan in his police days just as he has his son Joey and the detective Sierra Hauser escort him to the police station to be booked as Joey Spartan announces the Simon Phoenix clone killed Alfredo Garcia in the final battle. This ends there. There are announced Alfredo Garcia and 3 of Edgar Friendly’s armed followers killed in battle.
Maybe issue 1 starts off in 2032 scenes with flash over to 2037 with the library battle to when there's the Sylvester Stallone vs. Jesse Ventura fight and issues 2 and 3 maybe 10 years after the original film taking place with the rest in 2062 to 2068. If this is novel this could later be adapted into comics but the prologue should be John Spartan and team at the Schwarzenegger President Library fighting of CryoCon Adam and 5 men who’s names are unknown managing to incapacitate them all. Then go over to 25 years later when there’s Elvin. Maybe that should be issue 0 the library showdown as the characters played by Sylvester Stallone and Jesse Ventura showdown to retcon a scene cut out of the Cryo-Prison. Issue 1 should be the main plot beginning when John Spartan shows down with CryoCon Elvin played by Rhino Michaels.
