And it's IMO an original set up for the Castle like procedural. I watched the pilot on a whim based on a good review. It's the right balance of humor, drama and mystery. Never heard of david Mitchell before today but he's great as the nervous introvert bumbling his way through impersonating an officer.

He was main star of a sitcom called "Peep Show" that ran for several seasons and is fantastic.

I've watched many British shows but only 2 sitcoms and no sketch shows. Just finished this and it was very good. Looking forward to season 2.
