Big mistake passing on this movie dont ;listen to that guy this is an incredible movie trust me !!

I saw this not knowing anything about it and I'm glad I watched it. A movie with a genre that SHOULD be scary and it is, and it's creepy in a good way that will make you look over your shoulder when you're home alone and it's dark.

On a side note, I'm buying a night light *cough*

It's none of that, but otherwise very perceptive of you. It's just garbage in the vein of paranormal activity and most other found footage tripe.

This was average. Even WOlf Creek 2 was better(watched them both yesterday). I mean it's better than "Chronicle", but I wouldn't even put it in my top 25 horror flicks of the last 5 years. Even for a POV film it's suffering in comparison. I even liked the first "VHS" film over this.

Wasn't terrible, but WAS very "blah" for me. JMO.

District 9 was the best movie that year(9/10). I gave this a 5/10.

a very well done found footage film, is still a found footage film.

But I think its not as nearly as realistic as say Blair Witch Project or Europa Report, too corny and camera work is too perfect, explanation for filming is too dumb, and getting everything on camera, like say getting perfectly still hand while filming your dead girlfriend guts couldn't fool a child, and angles are all wrong.

I am sick and tired of found footage, this could have been a decent flick, at least for a 5/10

You must be a 15-18 year old, or have a mind like one to say this movie was good, because only teenagers could possibly enjoy this movie. Reflecting on a movie that was just in theatres, Prisoners was a good movie. Good actors, good storyline, etc. I literally am trying to have the most unbiased view of this movie and am trying to understand how you can believe this movie reflects a "masterpiece". You must be a friend of the actors

EDIT: I just checked and of course the highest scores on this movie are made by people younger than 18. So either you belong in that category, or are just idiotic.
