Am I honestly the only one who liked this movie?

sure it was cheesy, and it had a lot of problems within itself but why all the hate?
Over all I give it a 7/10...the chase scenes were cool...thats about it.

It's strange how mushy and dull it felt. There's just nothing going on outside of the car chases. Lots of driving, but no drive. That coupled with the messy editing just kind of made it an exhaustive blur for the most part.

great car chases, visual effects and action in this movie...

Was difficult to appreciate the stunts and effects though with the close-up shots and quick cuts. But it did make that one long take extra welcome.

When I watched it, I was expecting a cheezy action movie with great car chases, and very little plot, but with some twist at the end. So I enjoyed it very much :-)

With the exception of Gomez being annoying as balls, I thought it was a solid little action flick. Of course, Hawke helped a lot also.

Nope, I really like it too. I Think Ethan Hawke did a great job (as Always) and Selena was great in it too. I don't understand why it gets all the hate, because its actually a good movie

I liked it too. I didn't think Selena was great, but she was passable. I've seen a lot worse. In the Selena-bashing threads there are all sorts of claims that she can't act, and Meryl Streep she's not, but she's not that bad. The real problem is that the script made the character look completely unrealistic.

I gave it a six out of ten because from the description alone any viewer should have a rough idea of what the movie is going to be like, and the movie met more than half the expectations. The scene where Brent bluffed a threat to kill the kid and the cops responded by backing off and letting them pass was just stupid and even more unrealistic than Selena's character. There's only so much you can do with such a limited script, but for what they had I thought they did a good job.

Yeah.. It appears as though you're on your own here, though I didn't read all the posts but I can assure you many people just play Need for Speed instead of watching this crap-fest!

Really people? This just wasn't a very good movie - even for a car crash special. Ignoring the basic movie making elements such as plot and dialogue, the chase scenes were awful.

I know it's not meant to be a documentary, but just a tiny little pinch of realism would have been appreciated. Shelby Super Snake Mustangs start in the 660 hp range and go up from there. Yet it couldn't outrun the various euro sedans in a a straight line??? The poor car takes beating and keeps running perfectly until near the very end where it stalls once? The fact that a poster above compared it to Bullit and Ronin is just mind-boggling.

I wasn't expecting much from this movie and it delivered less.

It was a fun movie to watch. Grab a couple of hot dogs, a dr pepper and enjoy!!

This was the first time that I saw Selena Gomez and I had always thought that she was very pretty, and I thought that she did all right here.
