3. Literally every other movie in the Alien franchise because I consider all of them to be equally bad after Aliens.
Alien (1979) The first and will always be the best, probably the best horror film ever made.
Alien: Romulus (2024) Heavily influenced by both Alien and Aliens whilst also bringing some new horror and fresh ideas to the table that really worked.
Aliens (1986) A rollercoaster ride of a film that leans into the action and the horror takes a backseat which I’m fine with, Cameron played to his strengths with this one.
The rest are just in no particular order, they’re all rubbish with very few redeeming qualities. Prometheus might have been alright if Alien: Covenant had actually been a good payoff for it but as it’s not Prometheus is now just a mostly boring waste of time.
