I suspect, like a lot of films that are released these days, that the film studios are buying tickets in order to make this movie seem like it is a bigger deal than it is. I am in a profession where I am in contact with parents, and their children on a constant basis. No one has ever brough this film or its predecessor up in conversation. Hollywood has been doing a lot of weird things like this for many years now. I trust their truthfulness about as much as I trust CNN, Fox, MSNBC, and The White House to tell the truth.
