I doubt these two will be fighting each other again
I think its Godzilla & Kong don't think they will be fighting each other
shareI think its Godzilla & Kong don't think they will be fighting each other
shareI hope not. I want to see Kong win the rematch
shareYou should stick to the original 1963 version then.
shareBut I believe Godzilla won that fight too. Kong swam away at the end like a coward and was not seen again. Meanwhile Godzilla was very much alive in the following movies to follow.
shareI'd argue the later Godzilla movies are not in continuity with that. Whether you want to accept it or not, King Kong drowned Godzilla in the ocean and I don't care how ridiculous you and other Godzilla fans find that. The people who made the film confirmed that too.
shareHow can something like Godzilla drown? Its time to just accept it. Godzilla won in 1963
shareNo. You don't even see Godzilla at the end. Just King Kong. Besides the people behind the film already said King Kong was the winner.
shareThe people behind the film were Japanese by the way, not American. We see Godzilla appear from the ocean in the entry with Mothra a year later. Early in this movie, we see Godzilla emerge from an iceberg as per the previous film, Godzilla Raids Again. Kong drowned from his injuries and was never seen again since King Kong Escapes, they were unsure at the time if he really existed. Kong lived on some islands many hundreds to a thousand miles away from Japan. How the heck would an ape be able to do that and even have any sense of direction in the ocean? Apes can't even swim. Time to face reality, Godzilla beat Kong twice in this movie by the way. Both times Kong ran away
shareDid you watch the movie?
Some Japanese people capture Kong on Faro Island and put him on a ship to Japan. He didn't swim to Japan from Faro Island.
In Mothra vs Godzilla, Godzilla is awaken from being buried under the mud which King Kong buried him in.

im aware they not fighting each other its titled Godzilla & Kong
shareThe stakes need to be higher. They have to fight more than one foe together, and one must die in the process.
shareSo apparently there's test screenings ongoing and some are saying it's more comedic than expected.
shareInterspecies Kaiju Sex! Who's the bottom?
shareIt's just as well considering Godzilla curb stomped Kong in that movie that it was basically a one sided fight..
