Happy to say this show hasn't missed a beat.

I thought it might be risky to reboot because you always risk loosing some of the original magic but I am not disappointed so far. And damn, Boyd Holbrook has redeemed himself from that shitty Dial of Destiny role. Though to be fair the writing might have handicapped him there.

Good to know. I look forward to seeing it.

I love it!!!! I loved the original series. So did Elmore Leonard. Raylan is out of the Holler and in Detroit with his daughter. 15 years later.

it's missing some of that original magic for sure,
it went from being "must see tv" to "yeah i think i'll watch when i have time"

The latest ep (ep 5) did make me rethink my op. Either way, I'm here for it and want it to be successful.

I get why they can't have Raylan shooting ppl every other ep or as much as he did in the original series. It was smart having the Detroit cop (officer Norbert?) shoot the Albanian muscle guy. That could have easily been Raylan's shoot but irl he might be desked pending an standard investigation and that would take him out of the story.

Raylan is definitely gonna shoot at least one bad guy this season. Ep 5 raised the question, will it be justified?
