Bullet Farmer and People Eater..?

I re watched the first three films in preparation for my first Fury Road viewing today. I get the feeling that these movies are not meant to make perfect sense. Just a hunch. Or maybe it's just lazy writing? My only real major complaint in the first four movies is the kids colony in beyond Thunderdome.

I'm patching some stuff together here. But both People Eater and Bullet Farmer are Generals from when Immortan Joe, whoever he used to be, was leading the military, in the world as it fell. This is a Walking Dead Rick situation. This is from the tie in comics of Fury Road. Both were then, and reconfirmed in the new film Furiosa, trusted men. The wild card is Immortan's son Scrotus. But basically, some Military bad assess who already had men under their command, seized control of important bases. Somehow, Immortan Joe was able to create a mythology around his person and become a biblical figurehead of a spiritual army. Truly, Dementus was outclassed in every respect. He was never in the running.
