Maybe false in your opinion, not common opinion which was my point. Did you not see the sh'tstorm over 'Instagram Joker', even before the Suicide Squad was out and worse after? Nicholson was regarded as a great Joker until Ledger did it. I've been alive for all 3 it's been pretty obvious. almost sounds like i'm talking about presidents.

False. Nicholson was terrible then we got Heath's performance which further embarrassed Nicholson's Joker, followed by Leto's superior (to Nicholson) performance. It's common knowledge. Deal with it.
But I'm not losing, just look at other opinions in this thread to start. You posted your opinion, and it's not common opinion. Deflecting would actually be a little better than sticking your fingers in your ears ignoring evidence and thinking you're right anyway, which is what YOU are doing. You want me to start linking polls or is your tunnel vision going to be impervious to that also?

oh look who's deflecting now. and wrongly assuming things, like your original post. i'm 37 years old. explain to me how a single thing i said makes me a hipster, this should be good. or just deflect again.

I have to disagree with your argument. For me, it is Heath Ledger>Jack Nicholson>Jared Leto. But I also have to say that Heath's portrayal and Jack's portrayal are almost even, but for different reasons.

That's quite a bit of fail you fit in that post.

Leto’s performance as the Joker was so cringeworthy & cheesy that they ended up leaving 80% of his scenes on the cutting room floor... “You don’t want no beef? You don’t want no beef. No beef?”
Stopped taking you seriously when you placed Leto and Ledger ahead of Nicholson and completely failed to mention Hamill.
you kids
I'm more than likely older than you. Your placement of Joker actors proves that.
are bringing cartoons into this?
You DO realize Joker is a comic book character, right? Comic book?
I'm talking about REAL Jokers
Again, comic book.
not the voice of a washed up has been
Check through Hamill's credits, he's been working steadily for a long while now. Hardly a "washed up has been."
with no talent.
Check Hamill's Awards section. Let's see. 2012, won the award for his performance of the Joker. Huh, how about that? He also won a 2010 Academy award for his performance of, wait for it, the Joker. He also won two awards in 2013 for playing Joker (including a People's Choice award) one award in 2012 and one in 2001. All totaled, that is six award wins for playing one character. That's just the wins, he's had eleven nominations for just the Joker. Imagine that. Not too shabby for a "no talent."

Whatever helps you sleep at night. I think you're just upset that there aren't many agreeing with your woefully uninformed opinion and in the face of reality, your arguments are laughable, which is why you're resorting to demeaning remarks and parroting pathetic memes rather than actually trying to form a counter argument or rebuttal, because you can't. Toodles, woozle.
You know I'm right and you're just one of the wannabe hipster clowns that tries to act unique but just looks like a fool because you think "hurr durr my opinion is so cool cause it's different bro!" Way to be "unique" by acting like every other hipster out there, kid. Fail more, chief.
Actually, my opinion is generally more widely accepted than yours, making it less "unique." I'm part of the vast majority that acknowledges and accepts Hamill as the best Joker. What is hipster clownish is to completely omit Hamill from the ratings and to place Nicholson in last. At least you made mention of Nicholson, so I'll give you that.
No, I mean in the real world where a performer has been playing and refining the same character for over 15 years and has earned the accolades he's garnered and not simply been handed them as a kind of postmortem honorarium.

Combined? That seems like a pretty big overstatement. His voice is definitely iconic, but it's not as good as it used to be these days. He sounded pretty bored in the Arkham games, and in the animated adaptation of The Killing Joke. Also, he wasn't exactly easy to take seriously during moments like this: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=K8C4-SrlptE.

Doesn't matter. Hamill is still the ultimate Joker
Hamill didn't have to play the Joker. I guess you know the difference between the performance and the voice acting. Also, TDK trilogy>MCU. (Get triggered, pal.)

Apparently, VAGINOnicknamed doesn't want (scared) to write his generic nonsense from his official account. So he uses sock accounts to deliver same bullshіt he's been throwing in our ears for so long.

Lol those who complain about sock accounts are normally the losers who use em
He even said himself as well as Nolan his Joker was inspired by several things including a clockwork orange but not the comic Joker. Hence why when the first Ledger clip got released everyone was 50/50 but nothing starts a "zomg I love this person who I'll never meet! I need to now suddenly always praise them!" Then a celebrities death.
People are fickle and in comical sheep like mentality jumped on the death bandwagon
Apparently, you're the one who needs to understand what voice acting actually entails...
Voice acting is still only half of the actual performance. The actors on screen have to transmit their acting on both visual and verbal level.

Allow me to explain why i believe so. In real acting you have your entire body to support your character. But in voice acting, you are giving a puppet a personality,a character all only on your voice. Your voice also must be limited according to the emotion of the puppet. You have no control on it, you are just following how it is moved by your voice.
Heath Ledger has got to be the best for me. I don't dislike Jared Leto's portrayal of joker, he's an amazing actor but I hated the design decisions and how he's written. I feel like his whole character is a joke, well, suit the film I guess.
As for the voice actor, Mark Hamil is great, Troy Baker is not bad too!
